I loved The New Order! Honestly, for 20 bucks you're getting a whole lot more content than you probably will for the $40 you'll drop on the Batman Season Pass... don't get me started!
I'm confused as to why the link changed... he linked to source material in his original post. Why'd the mods hijack it?

Man, hype on this one up to release has been MASSIVE! I'm happy to see it's reviewing well but I'll definitely be saving judgement for when I get to play it myself!
CAN. NOT. WAIT.
Oh man, all the lighting, texture and fire mods are badass. It's pretty much convincing me to GET A NEW RIG.
Well shit... haha
Haha... someone had to make the Bloodsport joke!
I'm hardly a pro when it comes to fighting games (viewing comps or playing!) but I've put a ton of time into MKX a already. There's no question that it's fast enough, varied enough and exciting enough to be highly entertaining in competition.
TRANSLATION: I WOULD WATCH THE SHIT OUT OF THIS.
Pfft... Legends!? I'll show 'em!!
*promptly gets his ass kicked*
haha
Do yourself a favor and grab it (although it's been free a few times already, how'd you miss that!?) because you won't regret it. Hands down one of my most enjoyed games from last year.
Love the setting and color palette... definitely creepy!
The free-to-play model is very rarely a true free game. I mean getting by and succeeding are two different things and if you want success in these games then inevitably you'll spend cash.
Still, it's nice to get tips on how to not spend as much!
Man, this has to be one of the most contentious issues of the past while amongst the gaming community! If there weren't sleazy devs with half-baked mods immediately trying to take advantage then perhaps this would have had a leg to stand on but good luck with that!
None that got this kind of attention if we're being realistic though.
I'm always wary of anything Kickstarter these days, mostly because of how many belly up flops and 'walk aways' there's been, but I also love seeing unique projects come to life too. Good luck to them!
Haha, no I'm not the author so you assumed wrong. I just submitted it.
Seriously, talking in the 3rd person? I hate that shit, lol.
Ok, so the glitches and what not are supposed to be there and he totally gets that but does the game REALLY deserve much higher of a score? I mean it's amusing yeah but is it a good game? Not in the slightest even if it is meant to be taken tongue in cheek.
People are always yelling and screaming about integrity and honesty in games journalism and if we're being honest... it isn't good! Great for a laugh, horrible actual game.
Yeah man, they've already stated that songs purchased previously will be transferable. I'd imagine it'll be within the same platforms mind you (360 to One/PS3 to PS4) but it'd be great if they could figure it out to transfer any way you like.
My RB library is massive! Spent far too much on it to just give it up so the transfer is a huge plus in my books.
Time to get the Friday night beer drinkin' band back together!
The issue (which I'll admit I had) is the screen flickers and the game is unplayable if you try to use the instant on feature.
SOLUTION - Restart the damn game and voila! Seriously, nothing worth making an entire smack talking article over and something that can easily be addressed. It seems like some people will try to find ANYTHING to champion their console of choice and slam on the one they don't like.
SMH
Well when you offer a shit ton of DLC it's inevitable there's suckers out there to buy it. Evolve is the perfect example of overdoing it on DLC... waaaaay too much. The worst thing is that for every sucker who buys it the message is sent to developers that this practice is perfectly ok and the worse it gets!
The article touches on The Order as an example but the commentary is on the system as a whole. It's not restricted to one console.
Scores on this one seem pretty varied! The reviewer seemed to have gone fairly hard on the game so I think I might try it anyways.
