What do you care? You’re probably going to just watch a play through on YouTube, then come back here pretending you played it, and claim it’s a subpar game.
There’ll be a PS4 version, and likely a PS5 version as well, but that doesn’t matter. Fact is that Xbox are trying to gloat about how important resolution, performance, and textures are, when they were accepting the worst of all those for 4 years. This game looks and runs like crap on both Xbone consoles.

Your comments all up and down this article are either simple sentences that explain nothing, or you trying and failing to pretend PS4 is somehow worse off. So, since it’s not getting harder to defend Xbox, why don’t you tell us why? Why is the console easy to defend?
How long have you been waiting on Crackdown, Sea of Thieves, Ashen, and SoD2 again? How long were you waiting on Cuphead? How long did you wait on Scalebound before that officially died?
We know PS4 is getting at least 5 major titles in the first half of 2018, and there’s a few more that can be added to list for the rest of the year. All games that are likely to be both critical and commercial successes, unlike the Xbox lineup. Don’t try to use an old argument that clearly...
And yet too many still try to. It’s sad how they constantly criticize Sony and Nintendo and talk about how those two can do better, but turn around and act like Xbox is in some sort of golden age. At the rate it’s currently selling, Xbox will be lucky to even see a proper successor. I have my doubts there will even be another one after X.
I’m surprised Knack isn’t on either list. He may not be a beloved character, but he’s perfect for this game.
The first game, while still fun at its core, felt like a beta for something that could’ve been so much more. If the rumors of this game ever turn out true, I’m hoping for more than just new characters. A genuine cross over adventure mode, like the canned one we saw Superbot demo, would be great. Have some actual unlockable characters and levels. Maybe even some type of co-op mode. I mean hell, Smash proved that you can do so much with a party fighter. If you have to steal some ideas from them...

You realize he’s a human being, right? With a family on top of that? He’s allowed to enjoy his life in between work. He only gets one, and it doesn’t fall on us to decide what he does with it. That also means he’s allowed to do what he will with his personal social media. His life doesn’t have to revolve around his work.
Technically 2 years. His partnership with Sony was announced at PSX 2015. I imagine the game had at least a little work done prior. Either way, 2 years is still basically just getting started, in terms of quality game development nowadays.
And? Doesn’t change the fact that this game will be far more incredible than anything put out on the “uncompromised 4K” mid gen PC audience grab.
Just like I say with every other major PS4 exclusive: take as much time as you need. I’d rather play and support a near perfect game, instead of some rushed glitchy mess that needs a dozen updates and DLC to work out it’s issues, but still be a subpar experience. What we’ve seen if DS so far looks amazing. PS4 gamers have plenty to play while they wait.
True. Back in the 90’s, it was literally a question of whether you had a PlayStation or a Nintendo 64; all other consoles were basically irrelevant. Hopefully we hit that point again. The market is far better off that way.
By the numbers, Japan is an important market when counting sales from individual countries, but overall it has little effect on worldwide sales. Switch may have taken more NPD’s, but it’s quite a bit behind in overall sales for the year in the US. No question that PS4 dominates the rest of the world, and the overall numbers is what really matters.
It’s actually a pretty decent device overall. The Joycons work surprising well when I play games like Mario Kart with my nephew. Hardware-wise, it’s not the greatest, but it’s still good for a portable; reminds me a lot of Vita. Other forms of media would be nice, but not desperately needed; it’s not like I need another device to play YouTube or Netflix, on top of the 50 I already have.
Personally, Switch is great. I just want Nintendo to release their own Trophy/ Achieveme...
It’s one thing to have a personal opinion, but it’s pathetic to pretend everyone else is an idiot for having a different one. I don’t like God of War because it’s exclusive; I like it because it’s a great series and the story is awesome. Have another disagree, you’re clearly looking for them.
