Probably my favorite racing game of all time. Will definitely buy it again.

God of War, Spider Man, Death Stranding, and Detroit were revealed only 1 1/2 years ago. Games like Bravo Team, Inpatient, TLoU2 just over a year ago. Ghost only a couple months ago. Math is fun.
I’m pretty sure neither TLoU2 or Death Stranding are coming this year (I hope not anyways). Ghost is possible, depending on what SP was implying when they said it’s been in development for over 3 years. Either way, an extremely solid year regardless. Sony is going to slay the sales and review charts once again
Think about it this way: if Charles Manson could say something positive that everyone could agree with, but due to his history, most people are still going to hate and disagree with him lol
I think GTA isn’t the greatest example since we haven’t gotten a True next gen GTA yet. Don’t get me wrong, I remember PS3 having some beautiful games, but none of it even holds a candle to the likes of Horizon or Uncharted 4.

Meh. I’m glad I have a Pro. It’s the best place to play Sony’s top notch exclusives, as well as game with the best controller on the best online gaming community.
They’re both gimmicks by the article’s logic. The only difference is how aggressively MS has to market X out of desperation to gain back some of the market and stop the Xbox brand from its innevitable fade into obscurity. That’s why they want GaaS to be the future, so they can milk their core fans with every form of MT they can.
I imagine you didn’t play PS3 too much because if you compare current gen titles to their last gen prequels (inFamous SS to inFamous 2), you see a pretty significant difference. Horizon ZD literally blows everything from PS3 out of the water. I’d honestly argue Horizon is a far larger leap than anything on PS3 was over PS2.
That’s Amazon US. There’s a whole world of consumers out there. Shocking, I know. Amazon clearly can’t be representative of the grand scheme, considering they listed Switch as outselling PS4 for most of November, yet PS4 outsold it by 2:1 in NPD alone. It doesn’t take an expert analyst to know that Pro is most definitely winning in WW sales against X.

And Apple is worth almost twice as much as MS. That fact is about as relevant here as what you said. Xbox fans were so comfortable talking about sales last gen; now they’ve reverted back to the desperate “well MS is worth more than Sony!” argument. Ok? MS also makes the majority of their money through contracting things like Windows and DirectX. If Sony has a cheap OS that just about every US government/ corporate entity used and renewed every 1 - 2 years, they’d be making hundreds of billion...
How do you know that? His workday for those 3 Days could’ve been to play the game to playtest the game, ie he wasn’t doing much else.
In all fairness, holidays last year were slightly better, with 6.2 million sold, but they’ve still managed to sell 3 million more YoY. I guess the holiday lineup didn’t have as much of an effect, but it’s still extremely impressive nonetheless.
