I'd think the contrary. PS Now makes it so you can stream classic PS games to it, so it's not stuck playing only what's available for Vita. Makes the product that much more worth it.
They listed the next gen hardware and all the next gen systems were present. I don't see where all the fuss is.
The first ever system I purchased at launch was a Vita. Lack of games happened there, and it happens with every platform that comes. The people who constantly bitch about a lack of games on a brand new console are morons.
Obvious XBone fanboy here. No Infamous? Uncharted? The Order? Quantum Break will probably go the way of Alan Wake anyway.
Funny thing is that PS4 came out a week later and still sold this much better in a country that was dominated by Xbox last gen.
Did you not read my second comment? SM3DW wasn't a flop in overall sales but was still a commercial failure. Tell me you aren't a little bit shocked that a game like Killzone Shadow Fall has done just as well in sales? The average Mario title sells several million easily, while SM3DW barely broke 1 mil in about a month. If you Nintendrones want to keep pretending that there's nothing wrong with 3DW's sales, then fine. Keep living in ignorance. The Wii-U is probable going to en...
I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy Mario games like Mario 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy, but the title has just become so damn dry. It's literally a carbon paste of itself each time and reviewers eat it all up because they're so damn afraid of upsetting the Nintendrones with a little thing called reality. The series has run it's course and the poor sales of 3DW and NSMBU have proven that. Sure those titles have done respectable overall, but the average Mario title sells upwa...
Mario outsold a brand new IP?… My god… Alert the presses!
"Trouble recording the exact clips they want…" Okay? 100% a software issue, and such a minor one at that. Just another prime example of a stealth XBot site trying to blow news about the PS4 out of proportion.
Just to put the retail sales into perspective, I recently visited 2 Targets, and 3 Gamestops. One Target had 7 XBones, another had 11, and each Gamestop had anywhere between 5 and 10 XBones. Guess what? Not one had a single PS4. PS4s are gone because they fly off the shelves while XBones are sitting there collecting dust. I even visited one of the Targets on Christmas Eve, and I saw more people looking for Wii-Us than XBones.
And yet M$ is going to continue lying through their teeth about the sales numbers. To put it all in retrospect, I went to Target the other day and saw the XBone shelves full. Guess how many PS4's there were? None.
Once we start getting those AAA nuclear warheads that only Sony can drop, the PS4 will decimate the competition in it's wake. It is unlikely that the PS4 will beat the XBone in the same way that the PS2 beat XB, but it will still most likely do exceptionally better. Honestly the future of the PS4 looks extremely bright, regardless, and I cannot wait to see what is in store for us with it. Keep up the good work Sony. The success so far is well deserved, but the battle has only begun.
You know, usually these statements go the other way around. But then again, I really wasn't expecting much from this game beyond the false CoD fanboy hype. Probably will get the sequel on PS4, but now I'm starting to wonder.
Right, because every console ever released, besides PS4 and Xbone, had a super robust library 3 weeks after launch. He has no room to talk AND he is dead wrong. Last I checked, the PS4 already has almost 40 games in it's library, with hundreds lined up for 2014 alone, not to mention the numerous exclusives that have yet to even be announced. Meanwhile, 2014 for Nintendo is another SSB (that one's actually not bad), another Mario Kart, probably another Mario, Bayo 2, DKC, and X (this o...
Hmmm... Looks decent, but a something that would get better in a potential sequel, which I'll probably buy on PS4.
At least the zombie have some detailed and don't look like a bunch of identical PS2 level models that can't even move. But since you're on that track, Dead Nation anyone? And phenomenon was on 7 year old hardware.
The system isn't running at full potential 3 weeks after release... You sir need to stop buying that airplane glue. F*cks you up in the head.
@Imalwaysright Nintendo has the strongest 1st party by far? Mmmhmmm... And let me guess. That's based entirely off of Mario and Pokemon, isn't it? Sorry, but having 2 franchises that sell amazingly doesn't make that the best first party. It just means that Nintendo knows what audience to cater to when pushing out their rehashed shovelware. It doesn't matter what Nintendo releases in the future. People forget that the GC had all the same games that Ninty is releasing for Wii-U,...
It really does make you wonder just how a real next gen racer will look. DriveClub looks phenomenal, and it's just the appetizer. GT7 will be the main course.
No one is saying Sony has already won because that's just plain retarded. The race has just begun, but so far the PS4 is doing great. Sony isn't stupid. They're going to keep pushing the PS4 so it continues to gain momentum. They're far from resting yet and there's a long road ahead.
