Because that's keeping up with such high demand right? I mean those Xbones look like they're flying off the shelves. Sony's doing such a terrible job keeping up with demand, because the demand is unprecedented. It's literally the fastest and best selling home console in history for it's respective time frame. You're j...
Isn't just awesome how you're getting disagrees for stating simple facts. What's even more awesome is how the sad little Xbots on here bitch and whine that only Sony fanboys do that. Xbots = saddest pieces of hypocritical human filth since 2005.
I'm pretty sure the system hasn't sold over 400K units in less than 2 weeks, but what do I know. All I can say is that every retailer is stocked full of the things right, with the exception of a few in Canada.
That's not too good. VGChartz has been relatively close with the XBone in terms of actual sales, and they have it at 3.2M. That means retailers are currently sitting on at least 600K, and meanwhile no retailer can keep a PS4 stock in for more than a day. Kindof says a lot about the 2 systems. Regardless, the XBone is still doing a lot better than the 360, which is saying quite a bit. Thing is, even if you combine hardware sales like that to make it seem better, then Playstation is still d...
Last I checked, ND stated the Uncharted series had sold over 17 million copies, back around the time that Golden Abyss released. Surely, the numbers have risen a lot higher than that since. I'd say the UC series is closer to 22/23 million by now. Granted, the Gears series has probably sold more, but we have never heard an official word on it from Epic.
Oh, and just saying, Uncharted 3 has sold more than Gears 3, while Golden Abyss has sold just about .7M less than Judgem...

Resogun DLC? Fuck yeah!
Dead Nation 2? Even more Fuck Yeah!
I love you HouseMarque. My favorite Indie dev by a million miles.
Yes, but the N64 and GC had much stronger exclusives as well. Especially the N64 when Nintendo had Rare in their golden years. The Wii-U has lost just about all third party support, and the amount of interest in their big franchises (Mario, SSB, MK, etc.) have drastically fallen in recent years. The commercial failure of NSMBU and SM3DW prove that. It's why Nintendo went from marketing the Wii-U to the more hard core audience, and then right back to the same audience they were shooting f...
It just barely did better in the 2013 fiscal year than it did in it;s first 2 months. It's still struggling to keep up with the Vita and even the original Wii. It only saw a slight boost from the norm because of the holidays, It's going to go right back down to averaging around 50K a week, with the exception of major release weeks.
Retailers actually have a lot of communication with manufacturers. Supply and Demand bro. You do know how that works, right? The retailer communicates their desired supply based on demand? It obviously gets more complicated than that, but that's the gist.
The point is, there was a sign that specifically said "end of production by Manufacturer". It could mean a lot of things, but your example was completely irrelevant. This isn't someone simply saying that a...
I think it's going to be online only in the same sense that Demon's Souls was. Jump in Jump out co-op play and PvP, but the ability to play by yourself as well.
Anyone else notice that there's not a single Wii-U exclusive on this list? Who wants to bet that the the multi plats on the list are NOT referring to their Wii-U versions? ;)
@OI_G You do realize the PS3 was eventually profitable (I think it started turning a profit around 2010 or so). It just hasn't made back anywhere near the amount that Sony lost on it initially, but that's why the PS4 is here ;)
@Metallox You didn't mention the fact that the PS4 is also substantially more powerful, still has a far superior online network, and has the most popular third party titles out there. With Wii-U, yeah you get the console for cheaper, but it's much weaker, comes with a glorified iPad that gimps the hardware, has an online network that still doesn't even match up to XBL or PSN from the last gen, and it technically only comes with one game (the other being more of an overpriced expan...
So because you, one individual consumer, are satisfied with your purchase, then that automatically means the console isn't a disaster? It hasn't blown through countless Nintendo dollars, and put the company in the hole, financially? Contrary to what you may believe, because a select few consumers are happy with a product doesn't mean it's automatically a 100% success. Here's some logic for you: Console sales = more money which = more developers creating games which = a bet...
You do realize that no console launch in history has had a huge amount, due to supply issues. The PS4, relatively speaking, is actually far ahead of PS2 (a console that sold almost 160 million units LTD). The only reason why it's not selling a lot more is in fact because of demand being much much higher than supply for it. Once the dust settles and supply steadily becomes more available, the PS4 sales will actually increase, and can easily have it peek years at 25 - 30 million units per y...
Here's a tough one. If you just so happen to live on Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, their main side MCX has a full stock of PS4's. Only particular people can buy there though, so if you've got any friends in the USMC, you might be able to snag one that way.
I love how if anyone even buys a game on their PS system these days, they're automatically a fanboy. God forbid people actually know which console is the better choice and enjoy it.
Raven was far from a villain. She started off as an anti hero before she and Kat came to terms and became friends.
What's even more amazing is how Xbots are trying to claim all the third party games only run worse on XBone because developers don't know how to optimize the console yet. Funny, both consoles have almost identical architecture, and debs are apparently doing just fine learning the PS4.
