Looks like it has some deep mechanics that would interest RPG fans while maintaing the crude South Park humour.
Agreed. Wasn't expecting anything special until I got my hands on it. Too many great FPS coming out.
Totally agree. My wallet is going to take a thrashing once again.
Interested to see how the game plays having all cars unlocked at the beginning.
It's one less thing, probably the main thing to work towards.
But as they said, the future of games is throwing out the rule book, and I can appreciate dev teams wanting to do something different instead of relying on traditional genre conventions.
Was just thinking the same thing. You don't really expect to have a decent FPS on a mobile device.
I'd rather they spend time and money on brand new games instead of remastering old titles.
I went and placed my preorder yesterday when I realised I hadn't already.
Dishonored looks to be the first of many great games coming out very soon.
Pretty sure Halo isn't a yearly released title.
"What? It has no AC-130? Rubbish."
I'm looking forward to this due to the fact it's a new IP.
The artistic style of blending the Steampunk and Victorian eras look interesting as well.
Replayability is a big thing for me. Knowing I can play through a game multiple times, each time giving a new experience, is a great point to market a game.
One game I believe that should be on here is Far Cry 3.
Otherwise it's a good list. Halo 4 and Dishonored look promising.
Good for all us fans of Monkey Magic out there!
I do agree with your point on Armored Shield.
Having no jets reduces the competition for the AA, as it's easier to nail choppers trying to get near you.
But they made the right decision to not make the gunship pilotable.
It's not like it has the mobility of the jet, and pilots would just fly over the enemy spawn constantly and dominate spawning players, essentially trapping them, preventing them from getting vehicles out of the area...
I like it for the size of the area, but it seems to be lacking something compared to the other 3 maps.
While there is uneven terrain, I think that the majority of the playable area is rather flat in comparison to say, Alborz Mountains.
At least with this DLC you've got a chance to get out of your spawn without being hammered by enemy AA.
Is it something like this?
Maybe you can take out enemies by biting them and giving them diseases?
Any awareness to this illness is a good thing.
I used to suffer from depression myself, and much like the article says, I turn to games for not only entertainment, but for distraction to negative emotions.
But there comes a point where you have to deal with it. Myself, sure I feel crappy some times, but talking to someone help out so much.
Anything that changes the public perception that games are simply a "hobby" is a good thing in my book.
Glad to hear that there is a lengthy narrative after hearing reports of people completing it in 4 hours.
I have high hopes for this game. Can't wait to pick up my copy this week.
The best thing about it is that new IPs continue to shine through the sea of sequels.
