You can't lose 2nd party developers because they were never owned in the first place. There is nothing stopping FROM software from making another exclusive for Sony, just like Insomniac made sunset only to later make Spiderman exclusively for Sony.

Yes! MS may perform even worse next generation because they spent a whole generation not delivering quality exclusives period. They did this while their competitors delivered high quality exclusives.
VR is the closest thing to an actual revolution in gaming experience since forever. I hope Sony expands its efforts to include vr editions of its most popular games.

The reason PSNow is being rolled out slowly is that game streaming is a relatively untested market and nobody not even MS is going to over commit assets which would be a mistake. Content remains king, sure MS has more reach on other platforms given their business as a whole but Nintendo and Sony can get their games on just as many platforms as those platforms grow in financial viability. @Kumakai this game is getting mostly positive reviews why focus yourself on the one that agitates you? Those games you list have great reviews to but there are the negative ones to for each one of them.
