I don't see how it could be, from what I've heard/seen everything about the game was between bad and terrible. The Wii U is more powerful than the PS3 or the 360 which means they could improve the graphics a little, the textures, lighting etc. Maybe do something with the multiplayer but even then they're not exactly going to be able to make the story and the gameplay any longer/better. I wish the game was better on the Wii U or even better on all consoles but it can't be salva...
I own all the Crash games and Jak games. I love both of those franchises, I'm not saying any of them are bad games I'm just stating a fact. If you play through all the Crash/Jak games you can complete each one in under 10 hours.
@raytraceme, I agree with you on your statement about Nintendo, if there's one thing they're good at it's remembering their roots.
I was born before Crash came out and yes it gave a lot of hours of gameplay but all the games in that franchise could easily be beaten in a few hours. Maybe you just weren't very good?
Saying it's Naughty Dog's longest campaign doesn't mean much. None of their games have very long campaigns.
If they did feel the need to take a shot at Nintendo all it would do is make it clear that they fear their biggest rival.*
It's about being the greatest game franchise ever made.
Apple doesn't pose a threat to anything, they're just good at pretending they do.
What if the sales go down once the PS4 is announced? It's more than likely. All I know is 360 will never take over Wii in terms of worldwide sales which is what really matters.
If they did feel the need to take a shot at Nintendo all it clear that they fear their biggest rival.
You mean someone else changes an industry and Apple takes all the credit?
Apple can offer their gaming input so too can Android and Steam but Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft shall always reign supreme.
This game would be far better off on Wii U. The graphics would be better (both on TV and off-screen) and Nintendo appeals to casual gamers more than Sony does.
I thought you might be on to a point until you stated your opinion as fact in regards to it being a gen behind. It's the most powerful console available at the moment and it's building 3rd party support slowly but surely. It will probably end up having similar sales to PS3/360.
I can't imagine it will but I think by the end of it's life time it will have been a pretty major success. It's a great console so it deserves to.
No you're not, I was happy with it. It's good to see the 3DS finally seems to be hitting it's stride. That's the problem with gaming, people expect consoles to deliver straight away and I don't a console ever has.
You must have ridiculous standards for you to think Nintendo are underwhelming after the two Nintendo Directs we've had this year.
> Watches Nintendo 3DS Direct
> Expects a lot of Wii U announcements...
I want whatever you guys are smoking.
It's actually terrifying when you look at it. It has these big, staring, dead eyes that make it's smile look creepy. I feel like I'm gonna wake up in the middle of the night to one of them chewing my face off.
Did you miss the Wii U direct last month? They're not going to have massive announcements one after an other. If you're happy with the Wii U announcements from this Direct and the last one then something is right. I am very happy I bought a Wii U with it's great future.
Consoles could easily be as powerful as the top gaming PCs, the problem is then they'd cost so much no one would be able to buy them.
