@TopDudeMan - No. They'll never go Free2Play as long as each release of the console version sets sales and profit records.
If it starts to wean, then yeah, maybe explore a F2P type model, but there's a steep drop for that to become relevant.
Do we know when the list/promotion comes out?
Maybe we can buy a "reply" button...
" I don't understand why the companies can't make the new CoD games play all the old maps."
...because then they can't rape us into paying for them.
Your last point about shot in 3d vs post production is the main point people need to understand - if it's SHOT in 3D, it's going to look kick-ass.
If it's post-production, it's just a gimmick and won't really add any visual value to the experience.
The Avengers - great great movie, but neither gains no loses any value with 3D - so why bother? (Money is the answer, but it's more of a rhetorical question.)
You could also just open the browser first, and then play the game - it wont prompt the browser to close.
Agreed.
It's really a 3 item list though - #1 and #5 should have been combined. 2 is a good tip, and 3 is a workaround for an annoying problem, although it's much easier to open the browser first, and then open the game (doesn't prompt to close the browser).
#4 is false though - that may work with PS3, but it doesn't work with Vita. It's locked to one account.
I pre-ordered it. I feel no shame either.
My kids love anything Pixar.
And really, I paid $1. The DS version was $29.99, but you get a $20 credit, and an $8 voucher for a movie ticket (which we were going to see anyway.)
Just means that my The Last of Us pre-order is now $20 cheaper.
I haven't touched the internet since I beat The Impossible Game. I hoped on it earlier today. I was on N4G for about 2 minutes reading lies. How much did I believe? 0%
Well, for starters... it's examiner.
They have a t-bag line. It shows up every once and a while.
That specific line has been there since AT LEAST 2005.
They have a revolving door of different sayings.
Welcome to 7 years ago, lazygamer.net.
"new" Mario isn't exactly what we wanted to see. We wanted to see something that wasn't exactly what we expected.
NSMBU isn't going to be a bad game, for sure, but really - does it go above and beyond the Wii version? Graphically, yes, but other than that? No.
That's sad - your premier franchise for the entire platform, and you do a "pretty" rehash of a different game as your "must have" launch title?
May I ask why you have no Uncharted? The games are freaking FANTASTIC.
Are we really going to be gun-shy every time PSN goes down though? That's pretty ridiculous.
I have 100% faith in Sony that something like what happened last year will not happen again (at least not for a very long time.)
".com is the "main" domain name, u'd think they would go for .com before something like .co.uk/co.jp etc, pretty amateur move on there part"
It's also more complicated to register for. It's easy to get a .net or .info, but if you're going to have a .com with massive user traffic, it takes more than just registering it with godaddy or some other domain registrant.
But whatever - the witchhunt is on.
They did register the domain names before E3... the issue is, that someone noticed the other domain registrations, and snagged .com before MS had a chance.
@Vitalogy - that's what I thought right after the Beyond showing. The whole "Ellie" change made sense after seeing that.
Although, I wouldn't mind if it was some sort of blended universe.
...
Really? Are you new to the internet?
Do people really need to tag things /s for you still?
What consoles need are the ability to upgrade. We've been almost 7 years on 360 and 6 on PS3 (let's ignore the Wii for now...).
The graphical upgrades in the last 6+ years have been astronomical, but the hardware on consoles have been hindered by 'old tech.' If they made it easy to swap out a graphics card or add RAM it would be an easy alternative to PC gaming.
Sure, PCs will most likely always be ahead of consoles, but that doesn't m...
