I also am a Vita owner. The only games I've owned are MLB 12, and Uncharted. They only two I've seen that I felt I'd be missing out if I didn't play them (had MLB on PS3 too - played a lot on the Vita, especially on the run - a nice gimmick, but probably not worth all the hype over it, especially for $80-100.)
Any recommendations? Don't like fighting games but I picked up Mortal Kombat for $10 at gamestop last week and traded it on Amazon for $19. I kin...
@Wesker - Amazon usually has far and away the best trade in values for games.
Meh - I'll take the 5d/1u free over my 3d/1u Verizon DSL for $80/mo. Monopolies suck...
It'll be a while before fiber reaches my boonies.
You should buy L4D2 now anyway - it's only $5 on steam. $5 today saves you $15 later (although, it'll likely be $5 or less during the Steam winter sale later this year...)
It's hard to buy a console game off of Steam...
Gears 3 isn't on Steam or PC, Twisted Metal, Final Fantasy, Infamous, SOCOM, God of War... shall I go on?
(insert comments about PC being a better platform... yadda yadda... even though they can't play the above mentioned games...)

The Best Buy link was a garbled mess.
AC:Rev for $10? Final Fantasy XIII-2 for $15? Deus Ex: HR for $10? And many many more... wow.
This is a really really awesome sale on BBs part.
"Something is hard... waaah, give me trophies anyway... waah"
Fairly rough translation of what you just said.
@tigertron
Well, you obviously don't play online that often, haha.
Played the Starhawk beta briefly, but didn't have the cash to pick up the retail release. Good game?
...they never denied it. They took down the promotional image, but they never denied it's existence.
Sales numbers for hardware are stupid - it's a stupid argument to hang your hat on. 360 was plagued by the RRoD, and to a much (much) smaller degree, PS3 with the YLoD. Slim models always spike numbers, and then you enter this whole grey area where you have re-purchases, and double console households, etc.
The real numbers are in software, and NPD doesn't count every retailer, so again, discussing sales numbers is a moot point. Also, there's the whole NPD vs i...
@bahabeast
You're a fucking idiot. You can't take out the blu-ray drive and still play games - they're on blu-ray discs.
Calling him a "dumb a**" is hilarious coming from you.
"thier is a hatch at the top so the laser is inside it isnt a drive as to say suck in spit out cds, no moving parts."
Probably the most illiterate thing I'll read all week. Thanks for the laugh.
What, you don't want a full-on collage making game?
"Here, I've made a collage of Lincoln..."
Probably - unless Agent shows up again eventually...
Anyone but Jack - I hated him.
Probably because you weren't the target market.
My kids (11, 7, 5) use it a few times per week. Disneyland, Pixar, Sesame Street - these games are not geared towards people who visit N4G...
What ticks me off, is that MS hasn't added any new AAA IP in years. We have Halo, Gears and Forza. Fable has fallen off the wagon, Rare is an untapped now defunct resource etc.
My only hope, is that they've decided to keep some IPs 'hush ...

Nail, please show Hammer your head.
Hammer, please hit nail on the head.
Thank you.
"If graphics are your allure I would very much say that you become a PC gamer and I'm sure you already are."
I am a PC gamer as well as a console gamer. Mostly, I was trying to find an idea that would justify a 7-10 year console life cycle with "old tech" without the games being held back by the console they are created for.
"Or it would be a PC."
Aren't they already though?
I didn't r...
Really, the only people this benefits without adding actual new content, are those who farm for stuff to sell in the RMAH.
