You aren't capable of making a positive comment concerning any console other than 360.

And Forza 2 by the way is nowhere near as good looking as GT. But then again, you're looking at off-screen footage which just goes to show you're a fool for trying to compare the two.

FYI I have Forza 2 but I stopped playing it when I realized they took out the best tracks from 1, the Japanese Downhill.

Yeah, I know, I can always tell when someone has no taste because they claim that either Halo or GTA are the best games ever.

But seriously, I keep my PS3 on 24/7. I let folding@home run for days and it goes into powersave mode. I have a launch console and it still works perfectly fine.

And a 16% defect rate is unheard of for a console! If it's not less than 1% there is something seriously wrong going on.

Kids today are such sheep, everything they do is based on whether or not it is considered cool. They don't take risks like when I was in highschool. They either listen to lame ass Emo or Rap, which isn't much better.

Guitar Hero and Rock Band have opened a lot of people's eyes to music they may have never considered. When you hear a song in passing it is easy to dismiss it. They just get written off as just another rock song. When you incorporate music into a fun activity like ...

Out of all my friends I'm like the only one who bought PS3 instead of 360, and out of all my friends I'm the only one who hasn't had their console break down. The only person I know w/ a 360 who hasnt had RROD is my bro in law, and that's because he never plays the thing.

They estimate that RROD affects 16% of consoles, in my experience it has been a lot higher. I think that there are a lot of people who barely play their 360, but if they did it would get RROD.

How do you tell if someone has multiple accounts?

Personally, I don't believe in multiple accounts. I stand behind all the ridiculous comments I make, and any bubbles I've had I've earned. Not to mention I like the idea of tracking my history and having an account that shows how long I've been a member.

You think they would have a way to weed out a single IP address w/ multiple accounts, although you could always use a proxy server I guess...

Just ...

I am thoroughly convinced that people trying to say that Haze is a good game and the demo effed up are all plants from Free Radical.

A demo is a pretty good indicator of where a game is going. The Haze demo displayed a penchant for hammy dialogue, uninspired weapons, stupid A.I. and sub-par graphics. By all means the game was what several critics have labeled it - pedestrian. That is the one thing a game should never be.

Now I know the demo doesn't speak for the ...

I really don't think this game has a strong online community. Most people I know who played this game didn't care for it. If you charge for online content only the hardcore fanatics will pay for it. This will create a rift between the few fans of this game and people just picking it up to give it a chance. New players won't want to play a game if they don't have all the content.

On the other hand, free DLC might persuade more people to pick this game up.

And real...

This article definetly makes some strong points. GTA is more for kids to live out their adult fantasies then for its "so called" intended audience(adults).

Personally, I need more substance from a game. GTA just leaves me w/ an empty feeling. The missions in the game feel like a chore, you really just want to run around and wreak havoc.

I think the franchise should incorportate more RPG elements into the game - you can collect money to buy clothes and...

SotC is one of the greatest games I've ever played, this game doesn't get enough love. Playing the game fills you with a sense of wonderment and excitement like the way great nintendo titles used to. This game is a must-have for any PS2 owner. Games like this remind me why I own a console.

I actually felt sad sending all those glorious beasts to their graves. The level of skill that was used to breath life into the colossi was truly amazing. Killing them felt like the equivelan...

The reason games are dubbed final fantasy has more to do w/ the team working behind them then the fact it is a Square Enix game.

You know when you buy a FF game you will be getting all the quality involved with the team of devs. who have been working on the franchise for years.

What should they do, get rid of the FF moniker so some other team working at SE can come up behind them and try and create a sequel that might not live up to the original all for the sake ...

Really though, Halo could use a spot on this list. Bungie has failed to innovate the gameplay in any significant way since Halo first came out. Halo 3 was a massive disappointment for a number of reasons. The graphics didn't live up to the next-gen hardware, the gameplay was stale, and the story sucked!

In no way did Halo 3 live up to that first trailer that came out. What makes it even worse is that they come out w/ all these map packs that are just rehashed older maps. Give m...

I can see it already. Canada invades America and now we have to go to war with them and their advanced Maple Syrup tree sapping techniques.

I don't see them going full fledged futuristic like Halo, but I could see them going somewhere in the vain of BattleFeild:2142.

Just look at Halo 3. That has plenty of color. The graphics on the other hand aren't exactly worthy on a next gen game, certainly not one of Halo's stature.

If you want color, go buy a Wii. Games don't revolve around cartoon characters anymore, the realism is welcomed.

People who complain about there being too much "Browns and Greys" are morons. If you want your game to emulate real life then you are going to have to use a lot of bland colors. Get your ...

The way Ubisoft churns out titles, I was surprised to hear that Splinter Cell may have been cancelled. Ubisoft will release a game even if it is utter garbage(Haze).

This leads me to believe that Splinter Cell will be an underwhelming game - even if Ubisoft decided to scrap they would still try to release something. There has been a Splinter Cell released ever year(Pandora Tommorrow, Chaos Theory, Double Agent) and a lot of them were unnecessary.

Ubisoft used to ...

Just ask them about the zune, windows vista, and HD DVD.

Really though, this is Sony's fault just as much as the consumers. It is the same way w/ the PS3. They inentionally overprice it, even if they know it will bring in less sales.

Right now a Blu Ray is like 30$, so you expect ppl to pay 15$ more just for hi def when they could get a DVD and upconvert which would be roughly the same quality?

And screw their preorders, I'm not making a deposit to the bank of gamestop.

Every one knows Assasins Creed was poorly ported to the PS3.

Look at games like Gran Turismo, Uncharted, Motorstorm - games that were actually programmed w/ the PS3 in mind. They look as good as anything on 360.
