This is like the 10th 360 related story about e3 predictions. How many similar stories do we need based purely on speculation?
I think its kinda funny people seem most excited for the 360 at E3. If anything it will have the weakest showing, considering that MS only has 1/4 of the in-house devs that its competitors have.
And don't we already know what they have in store? Forza 3, APB, Alan Wake, New Halo, Motion Controller. Yawn. Unless MS has some serious tricks...
Just because Sony has no immediate plans to cut the price of their console does not = Sony throwing in the towel.
You could put the same spin on Xbox360 dropping its price - what's the matter, they can't compete w/ Sony by offering their console at a the same price? Sony has outsold them this year so far...

C'mon now, we all know that MS doesn't have an original bone in their body. All they do is copy their competitors. All they have done to innovate was to improve online play and have the first console to come with a HDD(the original xbox).
But honestly, w/o Sony paving the way for MS they would never stand a chance in the industry.

Sony's Trophy system is definetly superior to MS's Achievements - Sony's method is a lot more in-depth and rewarding. Not to mention, Sony will actually give gamers incentive to collect trophies by making them unlock stuff in home.

I can't believe people really think they are going to make a slim version of the XBOX360! First off, what are you going to do w/ that ackwardly shaped proprietary HDD? Doesn't exactly lend itself to a slim design.
Then you have to think about the power supply - that brick is like 2-3 times the size of the PS2 slim version power brick. It defeats the purpose of making a slim version when the power brick is going to be just a big as the console!

I can't wait for this game to deliver - I think this game will seal the deal for the PS3. Just imagine when they get to 5 cores?
After playing Forza 2 I refuse to ever spend money on a Forza game again.
My only problem is that Codemasters are a bunch of sellouts and they wont make a sequel to the highly superior racing sim T.O.C.A.
There is a reason that T.O.C.A. is the 2nd best selling racing sim in Europe (Europeans are the biggest race enthusiasts). T.O.C.A. put Forza to shame. Codemasters follow up, RaceDriver Grid, put itself to shame.

Everyone thinks Halo is the best thing since slice bread but for me it has always been the hack n slash of fps. The reason that Halo is so successful has nothing to do w/ its quality - Halo has none, its just a twitch shooter.

I don't know about everyone else, but Forza 2 was a dissapointment for me. I mean how the hell do you justify taking out the best track from 1, the Japanese Downhill. I still play #1, 2, not so much.
But if this game thinks its going to conquer GT5 its got another thing coming. GT5 has every kind of racing - dirt racing, formula racing, drifting, etc., not to mention it has GT TV, destructability, etc.

I always thought the game was way too simple and redundant. I could care less about freezing time and the whole plot was sophomoric at best.
The only thing that stood out about this game for me were the comic book cutscenes, but once again, the story feels like it was written by a bunch of paint sniffing clowns who watched The Boondock Saints a few too many times.

But until it shows that its more than just a GTA clone I'm not getting excited just yet. I know, I get it, its an MMO, but to me that only means it better be on my top 3 list if I'm gonna pay a monthly fee just to play it.
From what I've seen the graphics are nothing spectacular. It reminds me of another subpar MMO in dev. now - the Agency for PS3. Another game that makes bold promises but has yet to deliver.

I don't care what you say, that's just ugly. The only thing else that could go wrong is for the demo 360's at the booths to get RROD(tends to happen at events such as these w/ XBOX's).
