I'm not sure if this applies to XBL marketplace, but I do know that XBL games utilize P2P networking. That's why in games like GeoW you have a host advantage, and if a player with a bad connection joins your game everyone lags out.
Now I think it's pretty amazing what PSN has accomplished w/ its dedicated servers. Look a Warhawk. One map online is the size of a level in an actual game, not to mention it supports up to 32 players w/ jets, tanks, trucks, and soon to be jetpacks. ...
It might not be a button smasher in the traditional sense, but I find myself just flailing the joystick randomly - there isn't a lot of depth in the controls. You just keep jumping around, from one enemy to the next, with little to stop you.
At the most this game deserves a 3.5, its really more like a 3.0/5.
Graphics - 2.5 The game looks like a launch title.
Gameplay - 3.0 Not enough to seperate it from a myriad of other Hacknslash games. Way to easy, button mashing FTW. Terrible AI.

I don't mind that MS charges for XBL, however, I don't think its justified that they charge you to play online. Online play is a selling point of the software, not the console you play it on. If they want to offer features to that service at a price that's fine, but at least give consumers the choice.

Sony has more quality titles, Motorstorm, Tekken6, LBP, Resistance 2, Socom Confrontation, Tekken 6, The Agency, etc.
And Fable is just an rpg for ignorant americans. The last one was criminally easy, and Fable 2 was just confirmed at E3 to be only 12 hrs. long!!!!

There are a lot of pros for owning a gaming PC - software is usually cheaper, online is free, microsoft doesn't have their claws in you.
And as far as exclusives go, Sony has Infamous, Killzone2, and God of War 2 dropping at the beginning of next year. Pair those with LBP, Socom Confrontation, Resistance 2 and Tekken 6 = good time to own a PS3. ...
What I can't understand is the critisicm for this game but the anticipation people have for Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bults.
And isn't the customization in the new Banjo game just a weak response to LBP's customizability? From what it sounds like, most people would have been happy w/ a straight up platformer, not a platformer in disguise as a sandbox game. At least LBP knows what it is.
