The Round Peg ... all companies do that, not just Sony. It's called protecting your current business. Just in gaming for example MS did it with the HDMI business, denying it even when there were pictures of the Elite across the internet. They can't risk their current sales.

Anyways, I think it is clear that the Wii is #1 (even though it's not the in same market, according to Nintendo themselves). PS3 will probably overtake the 360, but the 360 will be more successful than the origina Xbox.

This is a good game for its demo. The only ones getting slapped in the face or should be slapped are teenage males buying this game.

Silver360, the answer is in your question. With more space, the video coding can be done at a higher bitrate, thus improving video quality.
Also note, because of the limited space Hi Res Audio was not included either.

He's talking about the speed of the game, not the frames per second. I.e., keyboard/mouse vs. controller. That's why he talks about not allowing cross-platform play. If it was about FPS, how do you account for the person gaming an athlon xp processor and an old geforce video card?
