That was a sad, sad day. I didn't even game much back then, but I always checked out the booth babes. Now I do game more, but no booth babes at E3. Sucks!
They're probably acting like that because that's what the freaking blog was titled.
"Is there still room for Final Fantasy, Gran Turismo and Tomb Raider on PlayStation 3?"
Microsoft didn't complete the sentence. They forgot to add:
"Not possible on Core or Arcade models either unless you buy our expensive HDD"
First, it's not total freedom of expression. That freedom is not absolute. Second, nobody is doing anything wrong here. They can choose what the hell they want to show.
RB6V:2 sucked review wise ... yet I still had fun, which is what it's all about. I think I'll enjoy haze.
Didn't like Army of Two though. At a certain point, the complexity becomes ridiculous
Almost. What was the PS1 and PS2 anyways but essentially computers without a hard drive.
I bought a launch 20 gig. Been meaning to replace it with a bigger one, but haven't had to yet. I play a game, install it, beat it, delete it. Next.
Piratethom, only the outer edges of DVD's are remarkably faster than BLuray, which have a constant read speed throughout the disk.
Guys, developers taking advantage of the HD. We are complaining? You want 80GBs of just tiny little game saves? Yeah I know, music and videos, but it is a game console. Use the HDD...
There is a difference between a person who logs on 100 hours on GTA IV in a week or two, and a person who plays wii sports on weekends at their friends house when they go there to drink.
I know of both types, and they are not the same type of gamer. Period. End of story.
Like I say, the Wii is to the 360/PS3 is like McDonald's is to Ruth's Chris. McD's might sell more, and some adults may like it, but it's for kids. Give me a ruth's chris or any USDA Prime ribeye anyday!
When has a PC game not been digital?
You forgot one.
"Tomorrow, your poop shall be brown and mine will still stink."
YEah. Funny, first time I have ever played any GTA and I'm hooked. I don't even know how many hours and how many missions I've completed, but I'm hooked.
People are tolerant of mediocre games that are long. Some games are too long. But some games are too short.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma. And they kept a .1 from R:FOM just because ;)
Shadowhearts, it's sold to customers, who are Sony's customers? Retailers, distributors etc. Not consumers. How is sony going to know within one month how many consoles are sitting on the shelves at mom and pop shops across europe and asia? Where they may still use a handwritte receipt?
Funny you should bring up GAAP because you would then know the reason for the change from shipping to sold is because of accounting, it's only a matter of days or weeks between the two, but ...
dle, instead of focusing on actual amounts the ps3 has been selling over the 360 and extrapolating, you should look at percentage amounts. Remember, the holiday period sees a significant higher amount of consoles moved across all platforms. I think the Ps3 may catch up even faster.
4 gigs is the theoretical limit but I think it's even less, due to graphics etc.
You really only get a bit more than 3 if you install 4. Intuitive isn't it?
I think both games will be great, but this guy is a tool. Lets see gears launched when there were 8-10M 360's in user hands, Resistance launched with 0, yeah I said it, 0 consoles in user hands.
There will be blood was ok ... beautiful artsy movie but slow for my tastes.
Why not a successful comic book adapter? Who's the dude that did Batman Begins?
Article is useless without pics! $1,000/nite local hookers? In texas?
"They told the suspicious working girls they were people of restricted growth working with a traveling circus, and as State law does not allow those with disabilities to be discriminated against they had no right to refuse them."
These kids are genius. I hope the article meant xbox 360 btw.
me too. I have 3 games at a time, and only GTA IV out right now, so I'm going to play and if it sucks, I'll return it. GTA IV might keep me occupied until MGS4.
