Like he said, they're positioning it to compete with the iTouch. The iPod touch starts at $229 for the 8GB, and $299 for the 16GB. Considering that the PSP Go has arguably as much functionality as the PSP (music, video, photos, wifi, etc.) PLUS it's a great portable gaming console with a bunch of badass games coming down the pipeline, I'd say it's WELL worth the $249.
Should Pachter rephrase that "Apple is ripping off its customers?" In the end, just like with the PS3, ...
While I'm playing with my dildo controller, you'll be sitting in your basement chatting up... a little boy?
Big surprise. Probably not a good idea.
Uhhhh... if Playstation fans aren't online, then how do these retarded fanboy flame wars get started? Are Xboxers pretending to be PS fanboys? Wtf?
Which is why it is retarded of them to try to stack the vote. Mean-nothing poll turns into PR nightmare and makes you look desperate.
This is only part one, keep your eyes peeled for part 2.
Twitter is easy, just keep an eye on http://twitter.com/PSLifeSt... If you have a twitter client like TweetDeck it makes it even easier.
First, before you flame me -- I own 4 PS3s, 2 PSPs, 3 PS2s and 2 PSOnes. I've never touched an Xbox, and never intend to.
If you listened carefully, he said that it will be exclusive to the PS3 when it releases. I forget his exact words, but it was something to that effect. I think that was a very careful use of words. Sounds to me like there is the potential for it being just a timed exclusive, like Bioshock, Fallout 3 DLC, etc.
It makes sense for Square. FFXI is a...
The PS3 version had a beta, I haven't heard of a PSP beta for Fat Princess
A very likely rumor given the trailer, but until I get some definitive word back from Sony I'm still classifying it as rumor. But yeah, more than likely it's real.
According to the EU PS.Blog, the PS3 version is coming in June. I'm waiting to hear more about the PSP version. If it's anything like Pixeljunk titles it could be several months before it makes its way to PSP.
I'm loving the rebirth of the PSP this year. There are sooo many new games coming out, and even better... PSP trophies!
I'm stoked for the PSP Go, I think it will be a day 1 purchase for me.
3x1G ethernet, trunk them together and you've got an even bigger pipe and the ability to continue gaming if a port on your switch dies.
But yeah, not really something the average gamer would be able to make use of.
It's games like this that are going to push the PS3 over the top. We're just now getting hints of what devs can do with the hardware. But hardware alone isn't enough, you need quality titles like this. I am SO pumped for E3!
Note to N4G admins - add a "Report for being awesome" button. I've watched it a few times now, and it gets better each time!
it cracks me up that people take the time to comment about a game that they don't like... just because it's on a console that they don't like... for whatever reason.
to each their own. I'll try to avoid mentioning that some guys prefer animals to women... but to each their own.
NICE!
Whether or not Ghostbusters may or may not look better on platform A vs. platform B does not really matter in the long run. Those who really care that much more than likely already know which platform they are buying the game for. Who is this really going to persuade? There may be a few people who buy the 360 version over the PS3 version or vice versa, but I really doubt that these "side by side comparisons" (or apples vs. oranges, as I like to call them) have much effect on game pu...
