The only collector's edition of anything I've ever bought was MW2 and mainly for the CoD: Classic voucher and the titanium case. Makes it easier to keep my MW2 disc separate from my grubby-fingered son. Keeps yer hands offs me MW2! And me gold!
I think any version of a game that costs more than $10 or $20 more than the regular edition is probably not going to be worth it in the long run. Yeah, an art book is nice to look through once... but unless you're going to put it on displa...

I love my PSPgo, it actually fits in my pocket so I take it everywhere now. Of course, all I can play is Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, my PSPgo refuses to play anything else. I think it's plotting something...
Good point. How long ago was it that they added "Premium Avatar" support into the FW? And all we've gotten so far is a few LBP avatars? I'm really surprised we haven't seen avatars for any of the big new games recently, even exclusives like MAG. I mean, WTF? Does Sony (and the 3rd party publishers) not like money?

I have to agree with Carbide7, this is far from a "hacked PS3". It only works on OtherOS, meaning only pre-Slim models, and it's basically a foot in the door -- far, far, FAR from a "hacked PS3". You won't be playing any pirated games for awhile. It took over 3 years to get this far, I can't imagine it taking any less to get to the point where anything at the GameOS level is "hacked".
