I prefer my comics in video form, with naked chicks. Oh wait... that's porn.
Has anyone played it? Is it any good?
Do we already have MGS Portable Ops and Portable Ops Plus on the US PS Store? If not then wtf? I miss my portable tactical espionage action!
No, you can backup protected game saves but you can only restore them to the SAME PS3. The problem that people are having is you can't restore them onto a different PS3, the copy protection ties them down to the PS3 not your PSN ID.
You would think that this system should also transfer protected saves, otherwise what is the point? I guess it saves you the intermediate step of backing up to another HDD, you can just transfer directly from one PS3 to another.
This is...
Yeah, there is a scramble going on at Sony Santa Monica. Apparently Kratos is forced to slaughter civilians in a Russian airport... sort of awkward since MW2 just released with the exact same scene.
I think I have a spare demo code if you need it. I got one for my pre-order and one from the GoW collection
I really don't get why everyone is so apeshit over FF. Then again, I haven't played one since it was on the NES.
But how can it be a sports game if it's not from EA? IT'S NOT IN THE GAME!!
Great game. Too bad the PS3 version didn't get the quality control it needed, but I guess that's what patches are for, amiright?
But the PS3 doesn't HAVE games! HAHA YOU LOSE!
At this point this is all just speculation. The only word that we have is from the Kaz Hirai quote that essentially says that there will be ADDITIONAL premium services that will require a subscription fee.
There is no sense in having separate levels of online play, they're not going to have dedicated servers for subscribers. The actual game networking is not done at the "online service" level, it is title-specific and up to the developer and publisher. This is why some ...
Yeah, this will only be a bad thing if it affects the current service level. From the sound of it, Sony realizes that charging for EXISTING services that are free (online play, etc.) will be the quickest way to alienate their customers.
As long as they stick to providing the existing services for free, then this can only be a positive for PSN gamers. We continue to get what we DON'T pay for and there is even more cool stuff for people who are willing and able to fork over a subsc...
Great review, and yes very good game. The controls are very frustrating when you come from a game with a simple control scheme like Uncharted where platforming is a lot more simple. But once you get the hang of the controls, it really is a good game. I just wish I wouldn't accidentally jump back off of a wall and fall to my death quite so often.
I'm not a huge comic fan, but it would be awesome to be able to use the PSP as a general e-reader. Hopefully if the Comics app doesn't do that then apps from the Sony App Store they have planned will add that feature. I'm REALLY stoked about the idea of being able to write apps for the PSP
great interview! I do hope they end up adding support for PS3 as well and even allowing you to use it to view other more generic e-books and PDFs. Would be a nice tie-in for the Sony e-reader
Make that female zombie clowns that want to settle down into a committed relationship, maybe start a zombie clown family.
Don't tell Nathan Drake that
Too bad the game was so late, I am already too deep into Assassin's Creed II, finishing up my stars in MW2 Spec-Ops and about to start on some God of War nostalgia.
I AM!! I really hope the series gets brought back to non-handhelds. I want a proper Battlefront 3.
I have yet to play my copy of FF7:CC, I got it on UMD and then got a PSPgo, but then the UMD drive in my PSP-1000 died. Alas.
