I've heard a lot of good things about Deathspank. I loved the OTRSPOD penny arcade games, so I imagine it will be just as good.
As for the rest of it..... meh.
Also... take a look at the differences between the two stores. There are a whole lot of games for Move, but not much for Kinect. Thus far, what actual games have been announced for Kinect beyond Kinectimals and Joy Ride? I wonder if Microsoft are saving some big announcements for closer to launch time, or if this is really all that they have so far to talk about. The dashboard integration is kind of cool, but does anyone really want to pay $150+ just so they can talk to their Xbox and tell it...
I wonder if Kinect games will sell as well if they stick with the $60 price tag, compared to Move games at the $40 price tag.

Yeah, I am surprised Sony hasn't been making some of its movies exclusive already. But of course, they do have a lot of distribution partners they don't want to piss off in the process.
Not that I'm aware of. All I saw was the 1 year and the 3 month options. Maybe if you complained to Sony's support they could refund part of the Qore price to you. But I'm pretty sure their standard policy is "no refunds".
I'm guessing this is to allow for the PSN+ "purchased" freebies that you lose access to once you cancel your subscription. Or maybe there are some awesome new features that they've haven't talked about yet. Who KNOWS?!?

Oh, and the XMB is an interface on top of a full OS, the one that powers the PS3, a similar one that powers the PSP, and it also runs on top of the OS embedded in other Sony electronics... TVs, laptops, etc.

I put CFW on my old PSP-1000, but I've never downloaded a game illegally. I also have a PSPgo that I buy games for from the PS Store. I even bought games I already had on UMD.
So yeah, I have a pretty mixed view of the situation. I don't condone piracy. But I do think that we should have the ability to modify the system if we can allow it to do things we want it to do that Sony doesn't see fit to add support for, or doesn't think will appeal to a mass market, ...
