Like it or not this is a new reality, particularly one with passion projects. The "do a survey" mentality doesn't work because it's an ideal set of results while Kickstarter gauges actual results
I think this game looks like fun. While the graphics could be improved, I'm not sure it deserves the hate. Gameplay is king.
It's a nod toward turn based RPGs allowing you to control all characters.
I'm really looking forward to this... a little hindsight should be fine but I hope the changes still maintain the right feel.
I'd like to see PS/PS2 disc emulation with basic upscale options. I have a decent collection and would like to have these in one place.

This is a great move for fans and business alike:
* Xbox 360 owners are now incented to upgrade which should drive sales
* Microsoft now has a decent back catalogue they can sell via marketplace
* Quite a few of these games are still in print or at retail so new Xbox One owners that missed a previous title may purchase these now

IGN reported yesterday Michael Ancel is confirmed to be off this project, confirmed by Ubisoft.
Not surprising given the low goal it felt like Bloodstained... gauging how much interest to determine the investment by the publisher.
Nonetheless, I'm really excited to play this and hoping a remaster of some sort comes out for 1 & 2.
This title feels dead. Perhaps it could come back with crowd sourcing like recent games.
