If it comes on 500 disks and you are going to install it to the HDD, what difference does it make then?
I PC game mostly with my PS3 and Xbox360 in tow, but I would rather have ALL games being installed on fast HDD or SSD instead of running on optical media. Blu-ray or DVD otherwise.
If you can fully install the data on the HDD then who cares how many disks the game come on?

The funny part is by the time Vita is released, by pure raw numbers these mobile chips will be faster than whats inside the Vita.
Kal-El for example from Nvidia which is on the verge of being released and will be in tablets and phones before the end of 2011 has more GPU cores running inside it and more power.
By 2012 or 6-8 months after Kal-El release, Nvidia releases its refresh to Kal-El which is even faster.
Take a look at the release ...

There are PLENTY of PS3 fanboys on this site. They outnumber all the others easy. The BF3 threads actually highlighted this fully.
When it costs a developer extra money/time and manpower to make one version at par than another because its developer tools/hardware is not developer friendly and just plain difficult to work with, you really cannot blame the developer for this.
Remember this is a BUSINESS.
You are asking a company to spend extra resources when on budget because a platform is very difficult to work with.
Sony has to take SOME responsibility for developing a piece of hardware that is...

HD remakes are fine IMO as long as they are priced reasonably and offer additional content and features.
If not, it's a waste.
Nintendo is keeping its cards close to its chest in releasing the official specs of the Wii u.
All we have at this point are rumors...rumors that it is using a 4xxx series AMD GPU AND 1.5G OF RAM and some more details here and there etc.
Now if those rumors and the others are indeed correct then yes the Wii U will be substantially more capable and powerful than the Xbox360 and PS3.
However these are rumors at this point...
