Uncharted is fully linear with limited vehicle support, no dynamic destruction, limited real time lighting, soft shadow effects in real time and massive maps.

You actually think if ND put in destruction, increased the size of the games maps and used real time effects to the level of BF3 on consoles, that it would look the same?

GT5 is the Jack of All Trades; Master of None.
They put so much into the game that most of those elements are average.
Simple:
If you want many agrees on N4G.COM:
Say GT5 wins.
If you want to lose bubbles and get many disagrees:
Say Forza 4 wins.
