Odd. I am running it fine on my PC..and doing so in high detail and above 30fps with more players and vehicles on screen to boot...oh wait...your console can't do that.

Why do they do these comparisons with console vs PC?

This game was a PC game from the start.
So what game out now you think looks better?
This has to do with EA and not XBL
Simply the best looking game out right now bar none.
Playing this in ultra detail is simply unreal.
No game comes close to this...then when you add in destruction? Good god this game is unreal.

Play BF3 on your PC.
Uncharted 3 looks amazing. But it also has tiny maps. No destruction. Limited vehicle support like BF3.
Does not render the same amount of real time lighting and effects as BF3.
So to compare the two games in this way is foolish.
UC3 would NOT be looking the way it is if it were not as linear and had massive maps/vehicle support/real time effects like BF3 and destruction like BF3.
Its going ot be one hard GOTY selection this year.
So many great games to pick from.

The reality is consoles will NEVER be as advanced as PC gaming rigs because CONSOLES ARE STATIC IN HARDWARE. You cannot upgrade them.
Soon as a console launches its obsolete by PC standards.
The PS3 Had hardware inside that was obsolete as soon as it launched.
2 years later it was considered ancient like the Xbox360 in comparison.

Bypass Blu-ray and optical media altogether.
Just have the next round of consoles using massive HDD or SSD and have all games installed on them.
Only use the optical drive to install the game. So it won't matter if its
DVD-9 or Bluy-Ray.
You keep the physical copy and install it.
PC's do this and hopefully the next generation consoles follow. No more load times or little of it.

There are actually more exclusive games released on the PC then there exclusives on the Xbox360 and PS3 combined in any given calendar year.
Moreover, 85%+ of games released are multi-platform titles...and most of those come to the PC as well.
There are plenty of games for the PC...Many more than consoles...they are just not as advertised and many are indie games that are actually quite good.

And in the end in most cases the PC version of multi-platform games with the exception of BF3, Metro 2033 and a few others get the shorty end of the technology stick and get gimped.

You can't expect the new consoles coming out to be running 580GTX or 6990 Equivalent GPU's...and those GPU's will be old when the next round of consoles hit....
The gameplay is fantastic in Batman. Level design is great. Its open world...how many games are like that this generation?
Graphics are great. Not the best but how many games win GOTY having best graphics alone?
UC2 won GOTY, YET many pc games had BETTER GRAPHICS than UC2 and did not win.
Its not all about graphics.
If it is, then BF3 for the PC trumps every single game then...
