The Plus redemption code will not work if you currently have plus. The code should be valid thru march 2014 so if your current one expires before then you can use it then pay for next renewal and it will stack. The 10 dollar code should work now. Mine did. I put it in last night and bought battlefield upgrade with it. Also used music unlimited.
Agreed. On the one had I love it more than my horse. On the other, its kept me awake for about 37 hours and I'm tired.

@unholy. Any first day release of hardware that uses a network suffers congestion. Any MMO is always a nightmare for the first week or two. Sony had record sales of the ps4 and literally over a million people are all trying to log in at the same time, update their profiles, play online games, etc. It happens.

Sir, I agree. Been playing it all day and it is head and shoulders above last gen games. Maybe my LED is helping with the display but it looks phenomenal. Sure I'll take 1080p but I really don't want a rushed Ubisoft patch to muck up my system. I'm one of the lucky ones who's fan is quiet and HDMI port works fine. Its set up under my TV in a very open space.

I have been playing ACBF all morning. It looks really good. Even if there was no patch I'd be fine with it. The game has great looking assets as it is. Plus a Ubi patch scares me. My system is running good I cringe when I have to install patches lol don't want to rock the boat.
Then I'm a very luck soul because I have been playing mine all morning, with patch installed and its quiet and smooth. No major fan kicking on, no glitches or auto shutdowns.
ACBF looks phenomenal.
I also have mine in a open area and always keep my living quarters on the cool side (50-60 degrees).
I have a buddy who has his heat set to 70 degrees or more, keeps all his electronics in a cramped entertainment center and smokes in his house....

The system is so awesome. I just woke up from the midnight release. I set it all up last night and downloaded all updates and battlefield 4. Got my profile set up then went to bed. Psn for ps4 not live til midnight pacific time. I am west coast and got home at 1230 and logged right in. Got my psn ID set up, linked faceboom , redeemed 10 dollar gift card and currently downloading my battlefield 4 upgrade with it (woot).

I, too, had mad an error once and rather than do what they had every right to do, they opted to call me and I was able to resolve it. In addition, they took 10% off for the inconveinance. 10% off. For me being inconvienanced for my own error. Wow.

Overall I'm impressed. I did midnight launch and came home exhausted but ampd. Hooked it all up and got my account loaded. Downloaded battlefield and adjusted my settings. Then crashed out for night.
