Microsoft has a universal translation technology that translates but the translation remains in your voice. That tech needs to be a part of Gold for chat and MP.
Not nearly as immature as disagreeing with the truth.
Who is the moron that disagrees with the companies website. Your douchery has no bonds.
Let this relieve you of your douche baring burden.

Geomerics makes this technology for almost all game systems. This is not "PS4" tech as the headline implies.
AMD will be fine. Most people only believe in the status quo. That's why they are shocked when a GM goes out of business. AMD will dominate the tablet market in the next year or two and that is the fastest growing market. Owning tablets and the consoles will put them in position to make the move to phones and go go back to pushing desktop tech. Buy your AMD stock while it's low.
AMD may be hurting now, but they are making moves that will eventually put them in the drivers seat. If the people running Nvidia were smart they would have tried to get every console contract. Low margins are still margins and instead of putting the last nail in AMDs coffin they gave them a chance. Now the margins are apparently enough to bring AMD to profitability after losing for some time.
Now the developers are using other peoples GPUs on mobile devices and AMD and ever...
I'm sure the Mass Effect debacle didn't help either. I don't even buy a EA game with MP until after a few weeks when the servers are more likely to be working properly. They tried to cut too many corners.
I think Unreal Engine on PC has had a similar lighting system for a few years now.

It's been rumored that part of the deal for allowing Bungie to buy their freedom was the rights to everything Halo and the right of first refusal on all future Bungie projects. If true it would mean MS exclusivity is possible on all Bungie games for a fee. I believe the RoFR is true since it's hard to believe Microsoft would have let them go for just a couple of hundred million when they made a couple of billion for Microsoft. That and the fact that MS al...
Life is never more difficult if you totally have someone outmatched. It's the equivalent of a boxer carrying an opponent for several rounds before knocking him out. Not saying that MS definitely has a better machine. But I don't believe they have a much less machine. I believe their are architectural designs that will make the 720 much better than any leaked specs will have people believe. There is more than one way of making a machine perform. It's not all brute force.
@decrypt
Windows isn't going anywhere. None of the other OS makers are any closer to knocking it off than they were when people first started talking of a Microsoft fall five or more years ago. But the devices division has grown a ton. It didn't account for much as far as profits, but it did for revenue. And as it matures it will account for a huge amount of the companies profits as well. Microsoft made record revenue last quarter.

Considering Sony is still on the verge of bankruptcy, they need to learn to make better decisions instead of focusing on appeasing a handful of customers. For all of their exclusives and concentration on core gaming and free services they have lost a ton of money on gaming this generation. Gaming is the main thing standing between Sony existing or going off a cliff in the next few years so they had better figure out a better balance than pushing out a bunch of exclusives that lose more money....
Mike I agree. It would seem so called true gamers would want both. I explained that most of my friends have both consoles and they never stick with any of those exclusives for more than a week or so. At first price kept me away from the PS3. I refused to pay for Blu-ray since I considered it unnecessary. The size of many of the DL versions shows that to be true. I wasn't going to blindly hand Sony extra money considering I have read quotes from studio execs in meeting stating the profits ...
Microsoft isn't saying much of anything to gamers. They are waiting for their event. This is a Forbes article. It is mostly geared to a different audience. Microsoft is courting a wider audience and seems to be doing a good job at it.
I'm assuming the people complaining only play games and never watch movies and TV, play music search the Internet or anything else. I prefer to have one thing that does all of it. How come no one complains about the amount of things cel...
They would be wasting their time with me. I record everything with commercials so I can skip them. Even when I'm home to watch something. I wait 10-15 minutes so I can skip all of the commercials.
No fanboys are killing gaming. Both consoles do all of the same extra things. Only fanboys see one as doing something different. Sony has movies, Netflix, Blu-ray. The PS3 is actually used for other things more.
Money considering more people use a PS to watch other things this would be better for Sony. It only does everything.
Yawwwnnnn. Boring!!!
Yeah. If you have confidence in your product and it's actually good giving some away is better than just about any other type of advertising. The right people will spread the word. A lot of places give things to TV stations hoping for a mention on the air. It's like Oprah light.
Nvidia claims they let AMD win on the consoles but I think that is sour grapes. The margins may be "small", but AMD has done nothing but lost money over the last few years. Now they win on all three consoles and they are projecting a profit. They expect more from new APUs, but they expect custom chips like those in the consoles to account for as much as 50% of their business in the future and will account for 20% in the fourth quarter this year.
