Maybe I got overcome by the hype train, but I was disappointed with Infinite. Personally I thought Dishonored gave us a far more Bioshock-y experience than Infinite.
As for Best game of this year, I'd have to say my favorite has been COJ: Gunslinger or RO: Rising Storm. Then again I've not had enough time with them to decide I hate them.
See, I'm quite happy there willing to put money into side projects under the Halo name like this.
Call it 'milking' if you will, but I would love to have seen Halo Wars and ODST have spun of into their own franchises.
However, ODST should have been a very different game, much more akin to Rainbow Six than what we got (On Legendary those ODSTs could take more of a beating than Master Chief! Retarded!)

RE4 was basically one big long interactive cut-scene and going of ND record with Uncharted TLOU will, be too.
It will probably have some fantastic movie script story, but the game play will likely be linear and movie like.

RDR & Halo 3, no other games kept me coming back so often.
Looked good, I'm also really hyped for Ryse and Dead Rising 3 (hopefully we're a lot less restricted in the 3rd outing though).
