Oh hell no!
Wait, what? Naaah fuck that, Reach sucked balls. That was where things started to go wrong for the Halo franchise. At least 4 tried to correct some of the horrible mistakes from Reach.
Good point! He would have made something with a ridiculous time limit and terrible voice acting.
Really? That's the main problem I have with Saints Row, It tries to make everything over the top and funny, but manages to take it self to seriously. I loved the 1st 2, but I will definitely not be purchasing 4 as I thought 3 was the worst £40 I've ever spent on a game. (And I bought DN: Forever!)
Pathetic, by both parties involved.
Eurgh, sure the behavior is unwarranted, but the general overreaction to this kind of situation has led to the ridiculous PC/overly sensitive situation of today's world. It's farcical.
Wait, what? I really don't think there has been a shortage of co-op campaigns this gen. It's been a staple of every Halo FPS game, Perfect Dark, Resistance, Gears of War, In fact I think most big shooters included it. However, I can remember being annoyed at not being able to play splitscreen online with, I believe, COD 4.
I liked it but the main problem I had is that the ODST's were far to strong. I wanted it to be an unforgiving tactical fps akin to Rainbow Six, but the ODST had more health on Legendary than Masterchief!
Bungie had lost touch as well, Reach was one of the most disappointing games in the franchise, they took out all the fun from Halo 3 which led the way for the very streamlined Halo 4, which has killed custom games.
"The sad fact is Halo has lost its touch beginning with the Halo 3 on 360."
I disagree completely, Halo 3 was the pinnacle of the franchise and one of the greatest games of this generation. You'd hard pressed to find a more complete game which offered more replay value and feature more things to do than Halo 3. The groundbreaking multiplayer, awesome sandbox campaign, innovative Forge, 4 player co-op and unlike most modern FPS games it wasn't designed to be ...
Including multiplats? Halo 3 and Red Dead, hopefully GTA V will be in my lifelong collection too.
You feel proud?
Yeaaah, maybe you should get out more.
Toonami as in the old anime part of cartoon network? Remind me to get their opinion on other things they know nothing about!
They should be included, but ahhh I can still remember back when PS3 fanboys used to say "they shouldn't include headsets with consoles It just encourages kids to shout down the mic!".
I hope we can all look back on that now and who ever used to argue it should feel like a fool.
Booooooooooo! I was psyched for this prior to E3, but it was just such a let down. I honestly don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this magic filled mess.
The 1st few seconds of the e3 trailer told us that its not a completely serious game, did you not hear the comical thwack sounds when hitting zombies with a wrench? Anyway 3 looks to be better than the last 2.
Meh seems like people are making an issue out of nothing. Only ever time I buy used is when its something I dont really want.
Also the only games which used to get shared around and brought to each others parties were sports games like Madden & WWE.
Not as if its that much more effort to take the box with you.
I do everytime im back and forth from uni.
I agree, with all the doom articles I've been reading on this site I was expecting some sort of train wreck. However, they do have a very enticing set of games set to be released. Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, eventually a new Halo, Titanfall could be could and then the multiplats, MSG5, BF4 and Destiny look incredible.
I had said I wasn't going to buy a next gen console, but as soon as this comes to a reasonable price in the UK (not $600!) I'm gonna spoil myself...
Haha yeah a new Red Dead would be sick. MSG5 looks cool, especially the sandbox, open levels. However, I never really enjoyed MSG4 due to the enemies being completely retarded.
*Friend gets shot "Must have been the wind"
Meh, Halo 4 really struck a nerve with me and not in a good way. After the near perfect original trilogy they just haven't been able to replicate the kind of quality which fans of the franchise were used to.
