Pretty much this. I honestly have no idea how this studio is still around. My main issue with Dragon Age 2 was how rushed it felt. Considering it's a FREE SERVICE and they technically don't have to give us shit, I'd say anything is enough. The only people who should be compensated are PSN+ people...they should get their $2 back or whatever for the few weeks it was down.
