Well, it's a really stupid question to say the least. The 360 is being outsold by nearly 100K every month and the sales are virtually non-existent. For 360 to be 'Accepted' in Japan, either the PS3 and Wii have to stop selling or else M$ should bag in a FF title exclusive (either of the 2 happening has a probability approaching ZERO).
As for L4D2, frankly I am surprised. Rarely have I seen a 360 game beside a RPG feature in the top 10 list. Probably bought by the American living ...
Maybe MLB cause there are nearly 6-7 million more 360s out there in America as compared to the PS3... Why not I ask the same question when a PS3 multi-plat which releases in Japan sells nearly 3 times that of 360??? Why not ask the same question when more games in Europe region sell equally or in some cases even better on PS3 (Eg: NFS and Fifa)... Answer.... Cause there are 3 times the number of PS3s as compared to the 360 and there are nearly equal number of PS3s in Europe...

Wow, they nabbed in KZ2 level designer. If you don't know anything about the PS3, that is one guy you would like to have by your side. Also, programmers for Heavenly Sword... Good to see people bringing in PS3 first party help (3rd party in case of HS) to explain stuff....
Lol, you guys should have heard what he said the other day... Halo is better looking than KZ2 and I literally feel from my chair. That is what I call a true 360 fanboy who still hasn't seen anything beyond Halo in his life. At least this time he uses a game which comes to knee length of KZ2 in graphics.
Reasons why Exclusives are better than multi (apart from the ones in the article):
1)Funding... Most exclusive games have the same budget as multi plat, however exclusive games have to cater to only 1 plat as opposed to 3. That means better production values. Look at UC2 and KZ2 for example.
2)Talent: Not saying 3rd party devs are crap, but it has been a trend where the best devs this gen are first party.
3)Console itself: No multi-plat uses any of the c...

Hahahaha lol, if you want to learn spinning facts, learn it from Commodore lol. It's the highest selling home console this week and all you have to say is that it didn't sell well lol... 29K in a week... Now multiply that by 4 means you get nearly 120K.. Now lets say a 360 sells 20K monthly (a little blown up, but just giving some more), then too the PS3 outsells it by a good 100K units monthly.... Plus add in another 80-100K from America and another 100-150K from Europe and we have ourselves...

While overall the game looks awesome, the same can't be said for the facial animation.. To put it short, it SUCKS. There is absolutely no lip sync in most of the conversation and half of the characters look like ghouls from Fallout 3.. Eizo is well detailed, but other characters feel lifeless... But overall, the architecture structure and the city has great detailing and looks awesome.
Wow, not much difference... Frankly, I had to pause the video and look hard enough to spot any difference.. All I have to say is good work to the devs....
Sadly, you have to sacrifice one for the other if you want to excel in either of the department. The only 2 games that I feel seem to defy these laws are GT5 and GOW3 (Both are expected to run at 60FPS and 1080P). But apart from that most of the best looking games run at 30FPS.... Best examples are Uncharted 2 and KZ2, both at 30FPS.

Ya, but GOW3 is tailored to make it more accessible to new comers in the hack and slash genre. About Beyonetta trumping GOW, I feel it's a little far fetched. Ya it's getting good scores, but frankly after trying the demo, I am not even half as impressed as I am with GOW3... Graphics are ok (played the 360 version cause PS3 version is more crap) and yes the gameplay is awesome, but still there is something about GOW which really pulls my attention.

Yup, fiscal year and I don't see 13 million being far fetched as next month FF13 lands along with GOW3 and GT5 in march (that is when the fiscal year ends). All 3 can move loads of consoles.
Uh um... You need balls of steel to stand up against exclusives like GOW3, GT5, TLG. Calling it 'teh best hardcore lineup' is subjective, but if you look at the PS3 catalog, all game scream hardcore. PS3 begins really strong early next year with GOW3 and then the almighty GT5. Year ending with Agent/Resistance 3/Killzone 3/TLG..... That is one hardcore lineup.
Natal might give the 360 a bump later during the year, but I am definitely sure PS3 will own the first half quiet easily...
