Frame rate and performance issues last gen compared to simply pixel differences this gen.
I'd take performance over pixels any day.
Ps4 looks better but these comparisons are a joke...you dont lose anything from gaming on the Xbox.
Most people that didn't play those games overlook how good the graphics are.
There are lots of games out there creating great graphics matching ND...most people that don't play those games ignore how good the graphics are.
Naughty dog games are not about the graphics. Loving naught dog for their graphics is misplaced and not the reason for which to think their games are impressive.
It's the story and chracters that make their game...
I couldn't enjoy any aspect of this game.
The story never amounted to much and the characters didn't really evolve or never made me care for them.
The gameplay mechanics were sloppy at best and the ai is some of the worst I've seen.
The most interesting moments were with the lycans but that's overshadowed by unwanted qte and easy repetitive boss fights.

I have seen gameplay videos and it just looks like a lesser polished game but apart from that very similar to dark souls.
How about with start from the beginning...with an actual story.

Alan wake already had a small tv series within the game and it was incorporated beautifully.

You can't possibly know the entirety of what you were getting until you have the game.
Either you're fine paying 60$ for what is offered or you're not. That's up to you but it doesn't change the fact that content is clearly missing.
People like you who are willing to pay full price for an unfinished game are the reason why we get multiplayer only games or tons of Dlc and season passes.

It's possible that it was a quick port...considering the specs needed I'd say it was definitely a quick port.
Looks like a lot of people have the silly assumption MS is responsible for a lot of gaming troubles of today.
How many Microsoft published games had season passes??? Right so if Ubisoft and ea do something like season passes it's somehow MS fault.
Dlc....morrowind the elder scrolls had it and this was mainly for pc. So has starcraft and other games. Expansions have been around for much longer then the xbox brand. Sorry. another silly accusation. Dlc comes...
This is exactly what I don't understand...better offerings when it was free but now that you have to pay..worse offerings...why...shouldn' t it have improved 100% from before.
It got to the point that I couldn't care about the game anymore.
The story got so convoluted and the gameplay so repetitive that no amount of spins could make the game what it was with the first couple installments.
The issues may vary from how to improve performance from 40 to 60 frames or why a certain setting cause a performance fix etc....
All games on pc can perform and play better then their console counterparts.
The hassles are always after the 1080 and 30 fps settings. So even with the hassles pc players still enjoy their games just fine. we just have a higher bar. For a game to run at 30fps is equal to a performance issue for pc.
