If lords of the fallen frame rate problems have been fixed then definitely yes.
If they haven't been fixed they are both still decent games to play.

I'd agree with you @maou if the same was true for all games out there. More casuals and dudebros have moved to the ps4. Maybe there was always more of that on the Sony console from the start.
