For everybody else he wasnt saying The Last of Us game development put forth less effort. He was speaking of the REMASTER for ps4 compared to REMASTER of Gears for xbox one.
Clearly more effort was put in improving gears then in improving the last of us which already looked great.
There is not much effort involved in resolution jump and 60fps on a much more powerful device.

Well psnow is the first game streaming service of its kind. So I could see that happening especially after this gen being so successful.

I say previously not because this is for Windows 10 and the games would need to be developed for it. QUantum break was developed for Windows 10 and direct x12
And I have a feeling they literally ported quantum break to pc in the last month.

That's generally the concensus behind lists.
Normally a problem occurs with exclusive titles to their respective platforms.
Many times said exclusives are praised beyond question whereas a multiplatform is praised less simply because it's a multiplatform game.
The Xbox one is selling better then the 360 and yet people in this forum think they've given up.

With regards to who has better games is completely subjective.
Some people love games on both sides. Neither is better or worse. We play what we want and love what we want.
Tearaway and recently gravity rush would like to see some of that support as well.

I like indie games but what does this particular indie developer truly know about the technology? Did they try using it in their game Unravel?
Do they have inside information on how crackdown is coming along which uses such tech? Didnt think so.
