Follow the software, not the hardware. There are too many companies I love to invest my loyalty in Hardware. If you only own a Playstation 3, you won't have to worry about Boycotting Valve, they don't make Playstation 3 games. So there's no games to boycott. The Orange Box was an EA effort, not Valve.
At the time, I owned an NES but my friend had a Master System and Alex the Kidd in Miracle World. I was so jealous... I broke down and bought myself a Master System just for Alex Kidd. Alex Kidd Rules!
Good God! What does Team ICO have cooked up for us. Shadow of the Colossus 2 Please! Please! I said Please!
Using "GOW" in a google search only produces Gears of War links. Funny!

Well said. I was a Sega Saturn user back in the day. After playing the first Tomb Raider, I was excited about the second Tomb Raider. God I was upset when I found out that Sony Paid Eidos for exclusivity on Playstation. Actually Sony paid for many exclusives. Mortal Kombat 3 was another big exclusive that Sony paid for at the time. Crash Bandicoot started off as a multi-platform game until Sony paid for exclusivity.

CrazzyMan@ Correction, that's why Sony Fanboys hate Microsoft. However, it's good for Microsoft and Xbox 360. It doesn't matter what system it's on, I'm a Capcom fan. I follow the games, not the system.
I know that VG Chartz are just sales guestimates but I thought that Europe would buy up way more copies of Metal Gear Solid 4 than the United States. They have a larger user base and more active consumers (Playstation 3 consumers).
To see that U.S. consumers bought more copies is a bit of a surprise to me. I wonder if VG Chartz are including the PS3 bundle packs. They should, they always include Wii Sports.
I've always liked Nintendo and when they were doing bad (N64/GameCube Era), I wanted to see them do better. I have a Wii and about 8 games but I've played most of my games 15 minutes at best and them put them away.
To be honest, I get irritable when I see crap like Wiiware, WiiSport, Mario Kart Wii, Wii Fit at the top of the charts month after month. After the last Zelda game, Twilight Princess, I realized I'm really tired of Zelda games and Mario games.

There aren't may PSP titles I'm looking forward to but this is one of the few. I hope it turns out well.
World wide sales will definitely be over a million; However, only God knows and time will tell.
Ninja Gaiden II is a pretty solid 60 fps. It's about as buggy as Devil May Cry 4 (which I saw slow down maybe twice in the game for a second). At the start of the game, I saw it slow down for a second. I haven't encountered that at any other point in the game. maybe you should try the game before hand. I assure you that you won't see an unstable frame rate.
I have yet to decide if I'm going to get MGS4. I'm not a fan of the series but it should be the best game on the Playstation 3. If I decide to get it, I'll go to one of the midnight launches in a few hours here.
Oh, wait a minute, they've been my favorite company for the past 20 years because they always give me what I want without my having to ask for it.
Yeah, Square Enix is ripping themselves off. However, it you think Final Fantasy was the first of it's kind, you're sadly mistaken.
@deeznuts
Did I say I couldn't tell a difference? I said there wasn't much improvement. For the most part, I'm talking about game play which should be most important to gamers but on the subject of the visuals Sigma runs in 1080p, that's a given. The blood is obviously better than the original NG. In some areas (not all) they use updated texture maps. They stamped a bunch of leave all over the landscape in the first minute of the game. They uses an ugly glow filter. In the end, ...
They show the first level from both Sigma and Ninja Gaiden II, which is somewhat tame compared to later levels. NGII gets a hell of a lot crazier than that. From this point in the video to the end of the game, the action becomes none stop.
The original Ninja Gaiden for Xbox ran at 60fps. So how does the Playstation 3 have an improved Frame Rate? I'll tell you one thing, they didn't do much to improve Sigma over the Original Ninja Gaiden. I spent hours doing side by side comparisons. I like the original Ninja Gaiden/Sigma, don't get me wrong but if Playstation 3 fanboys want to brag about a 4 year old Xbox game run at 1080p on PS3, more power to you.
I'm currenly playing Ninja Gaiden II; However I went back and Played a few stages of Sigma to see and feel the differences. The game play in Sigma is so much slower. It's still kind of fun but no where near as good or intense as NGII.
The soundtrack in NGII is fantastic and cutting off enemy limbs is a blast. It's hard to compare the two. It's obvious that the resolution in NGII is lower than Sigma but there's also a billion more things going on onscreen in addition to more speci...
Based on what I've read, Eternal Sonata PS3 Won't Leave Japan.

The Xbox 360 version is cheap now. I've seen it for for as low as $19.95. It should also be noted that most games that come out late on PS3 (that have added content), usually have that additional content available on Xbox Live for download.
