3 things I found hilarious about this comparison:
1. The third comparison shot is concept art vs. an actual game...and the actual game still wins!
2. The author forgot to mention that on that third comparison shot for KZ2 the background is completely dynamic and the physics also change accordingly.

Agreed. I can't decide between MAG and Bad Company 2. They both seem to offer FPS gameplay beyond the standard COD shooter and even KZ2. What I really like about Bad Company 2 is that the controls are very similar to KZ2. I don't remember the first bad company having a little weight to it, but personally I loved KZ2's controls. MAG pretty much has the gunplay war simulator on lockdown. Each match is the equivalent to other FPSs entire single player campaign in terms of quality.

Either way, this game is just too much a cheap knockoff. When I played the demo, visually it barely beat out DMC3, and the rest of the game seems like a worse version of GOWII. No, no, no. Just, no. The graphics are seriously comparable to a PS2 game. Perhaps the game gets better looking as you progress, but from what I saw from the demo, saying the game looks decent is being abundantly generous.
Don't lie you just sound dumb. Ima write that off as sarcasm and give you the benefit of the doubt.
Either way the installs imply lazy development when it's a multiplatform game. The game can literally be no larger than 9GB, which means they're installing more than half of the game on the HDD. If you're gonna be that lazy, why not go all the way and just make the game a PSN downloadable?
I'm glad we're getting a game that has such a wide variety of reviews. It means we're finally getting something relatively new. Just when we think shooters have hit the ceiling, we get something that rocks our foundations. Some like it, some hate it. Good stuff.
Ehhh I'm not gonna get into the whole Mac vs PC thing cuz I don't know enough about them to care. What I will say is, I owned a PC and I liked it, and I own a Mac and I like it more.
The only debate I'm having about this game is whether to sell it for MAG or sell it for BFBC2. I hate this game.

One disc. All three games with seamless transitions, and the most refined version of the combat and graphics available upon release.
This is seriously the only game that warrants a 360 purchase for me. If this game doesn't come to PS3, I will be buying a 360 for it...unless they release it on Mac :D
And the part that after 5 yrs, Gears 2 is still the best that stronger GPU has to show for :/

This statement pretty much sums up the debate of this game. HR is a new genre, in which there hasn't been a game like this before. The game is simply not for everyone, like any genre could be. Basically some people freak out instead of being able to at least objectively look at a piece of work.
Maybe those are just bad screenshots, but all this time I thought the game was at KZ2 status visually, from the videos I'd seen. These screenshots make the game look like it's on par with MAG :/
Either way, I'm trading MW2 for this. I hate that game.

First off that list was just bad.
Crysis 2 is a given.
Heavy Rain? Good, but no.
Rage? Have we even seen gameplay from that game yet?
FFXIII...no.
MGR? While I'm amazed that MGS4 STILL looks better than 95% of games out today, even if they can match that visual quality across both consoles, GOWIII would have passed it up already.

That's actually the only thing stopping me from picking up a 360. There simply has not been a single game on the system that has interested me enough to want to buy one, except Mass Effect.
But I have this feeling that once all the games are released, Bioware is gonna release one game, call it Mass Effect-which will just be all three games- on one blu ray disc. If that happens, I would have bought that box for nothing :/
So true. I still don't fully get what X10 is. Some said it's a new 360 engine? Either way, after all you said man and after you strip away all the bells and whistles of your argument, KZ2 looks better than Halo Reach, even if you compare KZ2's pre alpha build to reach's. Plain and simple.
You don't even sound like your telling us why Halo looks better. You sound like your making excuses for why Reach looks worse than KZ2.
