Who are these people trying to play dumb like they didn't know Hercules was in the game? In almost every review, actually even preview, it has been mentioned that Kratos pretty much takes on the entire starting lineup of the Greek pantheon. For you to be surprised to find hercules, you are either willfully suspending your belief or you have legitimately have not looked at any GOWIII articles. Have you people ever read a review of a game? There are spoilers in EVERY review. Notice how it's pretty much common knowledge what the first 30 min of GOWIII entails. If you're looking to stay spoiler-free before a game release, you shouldn't be reading any articles about the game. It's not that you're a fanboy. I personally don't care. What Da Truth was getting at, is that games don't go from bad to good from the demo release. GOWIII, however, is a bad example for your argument in that the demo actually did look better than most full retail games. It is an exception because it went from good to ridiculous status.
