@BiggCMan Well let's see... They could make mod tools available for everyone and then release free maps? I don't see why every developer isn't taking advantage of this...
Sorry but if Team Fortress 2 still has a growing fanbase after 5 years, I don't see why a game with cutting edge graphics like BF3 shouldn't have the same if they followed the same business model. Happy fans, good revenue, no milking.
It's an EA product... You were actually expecting quality? Come on, all their games since 2011 have all be somewhat disappointing. Yes, they're good, but none have been better than their predecessors.
Forget sales! Let's talk about quality right now.
EA = sequels upon sequels of games that focus on dumbing down the experience in order to appeal to the lowest common denominator. This is why the quality of their games has been so low in the last few...
Don't forget CD Project Red. Steampunk 2077 should be awesome.
The only two companies I trust with making a true RPG are CD Project RED and Obsedian. Runic Games is another good one, but I've heard that they plan on moving to another genre in their next game.
Ughh.... You're so right... And it's way too early for another DA game, I was hoping they would at least take 4 years to make this one.... Three years is too little... Specially after that atrocity that was DA2 :(
And this is coming from a DA fan who's read every novel, comic, and played each game to the last straw.... Screw you EA, wtf...
PS. They're saying there is MORE character customization than DA: Origins.... But you can only be one ra...
Their games aren't really comparable....
Bethesda makes huge openworld games, CD Project makes amazing worlds and stories and while their stories are non-linear and have exploration features in them, they're not really open world.... They both have their strengths. I understand that the N4G community isn't too fond of Bethesda because of the buggy nature of the games... but one cannot deny the strengths of their games :/
Totally Agree! I have the game and the expansion on steam, I will gladly rebuy it on day1 if it gets released on vita!
CD Project, Valve, and Rockstar are the only ones I can agree with :/
I would literally rather pirate the games than get them for free on that awful Origin client...
PS. I don't pirate video games.
Whether or not you liked ME3 or not, you would be absolutely oblivious to not admit that the Omega DLC should have been part of the game. Aria basically gives you this mission when you see her on the Citidel. This mission should have been included in the main game, thus the main game should have been delayed.
Even as a primary 360 player, I will admit that the timed exclusive content is a bunch of BS... M$ needs to spend some real money and get some real exclusives...
People who who use their iphones for gaming purposes are 9 times out of 10 not a gamer... They play casual games on their phone when they have a chance, that doesn't mean they would otherwise spend the money on a portable device. They're different markets. They shouldn't be compared IMO.
It's the fact that it's on disc rather than a voucher code for a download. The god of war PSP remakes were included as a voucher code in the God of War Saga, and that was the most disappointing thing about that collection (though for 40 bucks, how can you complain lol).
Forget that... what about big companies that rely on this such as Roosterteeth? I mean, Roosterteeth has basically helped M$ for so many years, I'd like to see if M$ is really going to take a dump on them like this...
Scumbags...
Support new IP's everyone. These guys are taking a huge chance doing something so unique and out of the box, please reward them for it and get us out of this stalemate of FPS games!
In my opinion, the power of a console is not important. It's all about how creative a developer can get. Take for example a game like journey, while the game looks amazing, it's more about the use of their resources rather than just dumping all their resources into technically good graphics.
Nevertheless, halo4 looks very good, so my hats off to the 343 guys, I can't wait to give this game a go!
Sadly, while Rare is owned by M$, the words: Rare and Revival are an oxymoron :(
Yup!
And I called this as soon as this BS story broke out. I knew there was no truth to it, these guys probably retired because their company is now run by a bunch of greedy idiots that wouldn't know what an artistic piece of work is, even if it came up behind them and shoved its foot up their butts!
RIP Bioware.
Not happy. But I've realized that Bioware will never be the same as Bioware of the old... so no point in even talking about it anymore...
Too bad they make awesome IP's and then they absolutely ruin the sequels to them. I hate you EA.
What do you expect? Of course they're going to be afraid to reveal a concept that EA probably shoved down their throat....
