EA + innovation = lol
those are skin packs, not DLC's. who cares about skins? I'll be buying, because activision gave up on it.
looks like crap.
It's like every single time I try to play HL1, more news of this mod comes up... And then it never releases -_- I JUST WANT TO BEAT HL1 ALREADY1!!
If they're going to make an XBLA game, they should make an XBLA thrashball game... I'd buy that..
PS. If they're going to do an FPS, why not just do an unreal game? leave gears as a TPS...
Not sure why people are making a big deal out of this... It's valve, come on guys... they're like the nicest company in the gaming industry
I really enjoyed Both Alpha protocol and Fallout New Vegas. I really don't understand the hate for the games. Sure they're a little buggy, but if you look past that, they're awesome games.
PS. How does Diablo3 and Mass Effect 3 not make this list? these two games are the king of disappointments.
Perhaps if this DLC does indeed change the ending of the game I bought 3 months ago, then perhaps it should have been included in the game in the first place. I paid for a full product, yet I'm getting it in chunks of DLC.
I'm glad I sold this game three days after I bought it. I'll pick up the "GOTY edition" when its 15 bucks. Although I really hope this game doesn't win any GOTY awards as it's an awful game.
All the things it has going for it are outweighed by the fact that it's published by EA and thus will lack depth and quality and will have tons of DLC that probably should have been in the game in the first place.
This sounds pretty stupid.
EA Origin? *pukes*
Is there a way to get this without downloading the atrocious EA Origins Software? I refuse to let that thing run on my computer.... Besides, I've heard TOR was pretty disappointing anyways...
Meh, it's valve. I've never had any problems with their service. A friend of mine purchased Rage the day it became available, and his ATI processor had problems with it. He contacted Steam and asked for a refund and they kindly granted him the refund. If that were any other company (i.e. EA) his money would have been long gone. Valve is such a great company, I can't complain about anything they do really lol
ANY IP that EA owns is considered dead in my eyes. Whether they've already ruined it, or the last iteration was awesome... the series is bound to have all of it's features streamlined to the point where the game feels nothing like the original title(s). They literally expect every single IP to sell cod numbers.
They'll make an ME4 alright... but it won't be necessary or needed. They'll do it, market the crap out of it, rush the product, and expect it to s...
I think Assassin's creed is a pretty easy choice here. Their games have all been phenomenal (with the exception of revelations suffering from some series fatigue issues)... and there have been 4 games in one generation (and make that 5 this year).
Yeah, the old 2K games were specially good.
PS. you can just about say the following statement:
"EA we're tired of you making terrible *insert genre here* games" lol
Open world god of war with an inventory and rpg system.... HOW ARE YOU NOT TURNED ON BY THIS?!?!?!
(plus, the original was fantastic)
If you honesty think Blops2 is going to play any different (or even feel any different) than any other cod game, you're in for a huge disappointment my friend. The cod franchise hasn't changed since cod4.... You're blind if you think any differently.
Bugs me that Microsoft forces Valve to charge people for DLC that Valve wants to provide for free. I have this game for both PC and xbox, I guess I'll be playing the PC version.
I got a chance to play the game at San Diego Comic-con. I can tell you that the gameplay seemed very fluid and the combat was pretty fun. I recommend checking it out!
