Uh, problem is pretty much every multiplat game has better textures on the 360. 3 years of proof of this.
Not sure why it would baffle you. The PS3 and 360 are only stronger versions of last gen machines. People were ready for something new.
360 beat the PS3 again. And there are actually people on this site that think the 360 is on its last legs. Uh, if thats the case, then the PS3 is dead. IT cant even beat the 360 anymore.
Not too impressed with the gameplay graphics. It doesnt look like its on the same level as Uncharted 2 or something like Alan Wake. Not enough contrast, looks washed out and flat a little bit. Not an extreme amount of detail, the lighting is weak.
Im sure the gameplay is great though. I liked it in the demo just not impressed with the visuals in this game.
Heavy Rain seems pretty decent. I played the demo and I dont love the gameplay at all, but its more about the story which does seem interesting.
But yeah, no way in hell would I take Heavy Rain over any Halo game. I play those games for months. HR will entertain me for 10 hours before I never touch it again, hence why im just gameflying it.
Lol, inferior hardware. Please name me a single multiplatform game that actually looks and runs BETTER on the PS3 than it does on the 360. They dont exist. They are either the same (rarely), or the 360 version is better.

It wont run for no other reason than its just a PS3 game, has nothing to do with anything technical. I played the 2 scenes in the demo, and aside from the smooth animation and nice character faces, the game looks pretty average to me.
Thats how you know its not real. They dont release box art this long before release, and they sure as hell dont release something and admit its unfinished.

Uncharted definitely needs to be on this list. Great games, but not a single original idea in them, hence why they are unable to reach high sales like some of the more influential games out there. Its really just Gears in an indiana jones setting.

I think even if the case said "On 360", without the only, Im sure that hurts Sony every day. Huge exclusive stolen away, the story of this gen.
You look at Uncharted 2, which is so similar to Gears of War in terms of the gameplay, and then you look at the sales. Uncharted 2, around 3 mil, Gears, around 8 mil.
Whats the reason for this? Gears was somewhat original at the time. Uncharted 2 is another Gears clone, and when you clone something that is very popular, the sales suffer, as you can see.
If there was an ounce of originality in Uncharted, then why is it not able to accomplish what Gears has? Hmmmmm??
Im sorry to tell you this, but you know those best games of all times lists that come out every year? The lists with GTA3, Mario 64, Zelda OoT, Half Life 2, Halo 1, MGS1, FF7, Super Metroid, etc.. in them? Yeah, you will never see a Gears of War clone in an Indiana Jones setting make that list. Sorry.

First of all, MGS4 is the worst MGS game. High production values doesnt make the game good. I found it to be very boring until Shadow Moses, when there's basically no enemies.
And Uncharted isnt nearly popular enough to reach 4 million. It received great reviews and cant even get to 3 million. Its not a AAA franchise yet.
So what this article is essentially saying is Halo 3 had more preorders than Uncharted 2s total sales? Not good for what is apparently the PS3s best game.

This article is a joke. How long has GT been out? Forza has only been around for about 5 years.
I sure as hell hope GT would be far ahead in terms of sales, but its not in terms of quality. Forza 3 is the best console racing sim ive ever played. It's better than GT1-4, Prologue and that awful time trials demo on PSN.
I dont think any multiplats exist that actually look better on the PS3.

360 version here, was a tough decision though. Just comes down to the fact that ive yet to play a single multiplat game this gen that is better on the PS3.
