What a waste that game and tech talk was. The concept sounded fun and forward thinking, but the result was piss-poor regardless of the hardware limitations. Hardware is ALWAYS limited, if you can’t manage to work with the hardware and achieve your aims, then you shouldn’t bother making the game.
Considering how expertly all the side elements were woven into the story and the lore, I don’t feel it was a detriment in the slightest.
Absolutely, obviously it gets old when every pidly game coming out is trying to cash-in on the “newest” craze, but that definitley doesn’t mean the heavy hitters should skip it! DICE can make a AAA version as with Fortnite. None of this small-time, glitchy, last-gen nonsense.
I hate that model, where games/movies are available for limited periods... Netflix or anywhere. Just aggravating, better than NOT having the content, but c'mon.
10, duh, do the maths...
@Rude-ro
I do.. I recall using this old interactive learning program my grandfather gave me which explicitly illustrated Kratos' bloody reign over the "old" gods.
Pick up a visual-interactive data pod sometime for crying out loud...
This guy’s comments history is scary....
CPU IS THE WEAKEST LINK THIS GEN FOR SURE, upgrade big time!
What?!... nothing on the Alaskan front? The great untold battlefields of the largest military conflict in the history of the world?
Weak sauce..
I'm sure it will be fine, but I always like some sort of jump button in this type of game.
After purchasing single-player games, that I enjoy and are quality, I would happily DONATE money to them to display my satisfaction and keep them rolling!
Star Citizen and games like it, basically being bank-rolled by individuals who get nothing/very little in return and certainly nothing like a guaranteed finished product.
Last of Us 2, Horizon: Zero Dawn, I'd love there to be such a function as "donate." But it isn't necessary, because...
I mean what do they have to show for all the investment? I'm not talking about hopes and dreams. I mean real, physical code and assets, which translate to the virtual offerings, which is supposed to be a working game.
They sure have a lot of incentive to keep their cash-cow going you have to admit. I mean, they have cross-promotions with hardware developers to sell their supply and earn "free" ships and whatnot in Star Citizen. They've got the "get y...
Wow, I'd drop the 4K, or whatever the X is trying to achieve and go for performance boost and visuals. That extra res is nice, but not worth it for this game. Not at all. And it looks abysmal on the One.
I don't think that CAN be denied, but the Wii was a success also... I'm not really relating the two 1-to-1, but only in terms of "success."
I think many still believe its price leaves much to be desired and the third-party support, or lack thereof.
The usual list of Nintendo pros and cons.
I like it all around and as with many others here would buy when it is cheaper.

One of the most boring games I’ve ever played. Destiny 2.
COD, Amazon shows 10% off.
Big price for marginal performance increase comparatively. That's always the the real scale to judge such things. In any case, beautiful piece of engineering.
And thaaat's marketing for ya :)
So true, yet, so irrelevant.
Watch “Rounders.”
... Is the game going to be 20 dollar cheaper??
