I agree, people would rather spend 60 on a one time play game than one with more longevity, must be a pretty amazing one time play.

I don’t hate having options for download but I do hate exclusivity to download ... PC should be PC...
We all know people don’t like inventive/intriguing games anymore. They just want CoD and Fortnite. It’s not like infinite-possibility digital fantasy simulators have any real appeal to anyone these days.
Only ever having played Gears 1, I think the more diverse color pallet actually hurts the visuals. I suppose the darker environments were better at concealing certain graphical limitations. Gears 5 looked distinctly reminiscent of the first Uncharted game on PS3 in a number of ways. Smooth, brilliant character models, lighting and effects, but otherwise underwhelming. Still I’d give it a solid 8.0.
Or maybe, these will be the prices for base models, but games will be $ 69.99 standard... or more subscription models will be pushed for continuous cashflow. We can guarantee Sony and everyone are looking at examples of Free-to-play models that work and even EA’s Origin subs.

I’d take lesser hardware for greater games any day. So ball is in their court, they just need to dribble and take some shots. What use is a ball if you can’t play with it?
Desperation, try to shift units collecting dust on the shelves buy selling to anyone willing to buy-in to the novelty of owning the "latest" model... they should just get some random celebrity to sign them also, maybe they will sell that way.

Pffff... Every PC game that runs on Windows should run on your boxes... come on already, don't they realize they bombed this gen? Their strengths are their services, so ramp up your services already, enough of these crumbs.
Their exclusives are too lack luster, but throw in an entire library of PC titles. I'd buy one, even though I have a gaming PC. It'd be convenient.
