Kay. Who the fuck are you that anyone should care about your opinion?
Please. Even Perfect Dark was a better game than GoldenEye.
"Look at it this way. I was excited to see how big Shadow of War was and planned on going for 100% completion before the announcement of microtransactions. Therefore, these loot crates don’t have any negative impact on me or the game. Ipso facto, why should I care? Who am I to judge if another player decides to spend a couple of bucks in order to unlock a legendary set of gear in his own, self-contained game? Some players may want to finish the whole game, but maybe not have enough time ...
Ugh.
I wouldn't say highly, but a lot of reviews gloss over the flaws and bad design choices. Weapon durability is utter crap and there's no need for it, ESPECIALLY with the Master Sword; the weather system making it impossible to climb in the rain is pointless and frustrating; Link climbs too slow without the bandana; it takes way too long to traverse the map and there aren't nearly enough fast travel points; MOTION. CONTROL. PUZZLES.; and the cooking thing gets old once you've su...
Personally I'm more amazed that there are more than 3 million Switches in the hands of consumers.
They've already said it's a short game. I think they said 7-9 hours, but I could be wrong. I wouldn't expect more than 11 or so at the most though.
I don't know why I click on these list articles and expect anything in depth. This would have been a lot more interesting if the person who wrote it spent more than five sentences talking about each game. Especially DMC2, FF13, and Other M, because there's a lot to talk about there. I will give them credit for going against current shitty "journalism" trends and keeping the whole list on one page, instead of splitting it up into two or, even worse, putting each game on its o...
So, without reading the article because I refuse to give Wired clicks, I'm gonna assume by "upended everything you thought you knew about gamer culture" they mean "wow, so not all gamers are homophobic dudebro asshats". Which literally anyone who actually interacts with different groups of gamers could have told you, because despite what the media likes to think, gamers are, actually, diverse already and aren't whatever gamergate caricature you have running around ...
No. 30 is fine for most games and the ones that need 60 generally have it. There's no point in anything above 60, other than to brag about hardware.
Ah. Never mind then.
I think they assume Metroid fans already have the Samus amiibo.
Which goes to show where their priorities lie, and it's not in making good games.
Yes? I mean, they're convenient and everywhere else has the same shitty prices so it's not like there's any point in going anywhere else.
Cool, can we get some pre-orders open though?
Yet another reason why I hate the new "canon".
Twenty five different pages with each game on its own page? Yeah fuck that clickwhoring crap.
Fun >>> challenge.
You people spend money on hats in TF2 and keep giving John Roberts money not to finish a game, don't pretend PC gamers are somehow immune to scams.
Edit: I forgot about Steam cards.
Agreed. Especially since there are cheap deaths, like when the game puts you right in a fight out of a cutscene without ever making it clear it returned control to you.
