Pretty much, yeah.
The new 360 S is awesome. It looks great, is super quiet, has a huge hard drive and built-in wi-fi if you need it (although I still prefer a wired connection). It doesn't even get hot. Well, it gets slightly warm, but nothing like my PS3 or older 360.

I have both consoles and I personally prefer the lineup of games I can play on the 360 more than the lineup of games I can play on the PS3. Don't get me wrong there are some games I love on the PS3, but there are simply more on the 360. I also like the way the 360's interface works and all the features it has. The point I am making is it really comes down to personal taste.
PS3 fanboys are all casual gamers. They play baby games like mod nation racers and LittleBabyPlanet.
The PS3 exclusives are the ones that don't live up to you guys' hype.
The 360 has the most diverse library, the largest library by far, and 'best games' is subjective. I like the 360s games more than the PS3s games.
Hell no. God of War 3 didn't come close to Uncharted 2. The only thing better was the scale but that's not saying much because even GOW2 on the PS2 had big scale like that. It's not that demanding from a technical perspective. Uncharted 2 is still the overall best looking game on the PS3. Most people think that. Even this article takes that position.
Guys, Killzone 3 is 30FPS, just like Killzone 2. It was 30FPS with some drops to around 25FPS. 3D has nothing to do with framerate.

They made a mistake, they did everything that you could reasonably expect them to do to deal with the problem, and they have basically eliminated it with newer models of the console, so we should move on.
As a matter of fact I do think it looks better than Killzone 3. However, that doesn't mean that my opinion is right. Once games start looking that good I don't think you can say beyond a doubt which games look better. There are far too many variables to consider.
Just enjoy the games you enjoy and stop worrying which games look the best. We are getting so many great looking games and we should be thankful and just enjoy them.
What are you trying to imply? Uncharted 2 has a more aggressive depth of field blurring effect than Gears of War 2 did.
In any case, Gears of War and Gears of War 2 are still some of the better looking games this generation. Now, after seeing Gears of War 3 I definitely think it looks at least as good as Uncharted 2 if not better.

Halo Reach looks fantastic. It is definitely among the best looking shooters on consoles.

Oh please, like every console needs 3D and Blu-ray. Neither the Wii or the 360 have those and the Wii is positively killing the PS3 and the 360 is still ahead of the PS3.

That's a stupid assumption. I have rechargeable batteries and a batter charger. I much prefer being able to switch out my own batteries and quickly recharge them then having a battery that gradually loses charge over time and then you have to send your controller in.
I have to laugh at scofios. Do you really think most people give a rat's ass about HDMI 1.3 or 7.1 surround? I would be willing to bet that 95% of PS3 owners cannot even take advantage of those featur...
It was well worth it at the original price. It was easily one of the best single player experiences I have had this generation.

It looks a lot better than decent. Those character models for example look better than those I have seen in most other shooters.
I completely agree. Xbox Live still offers by far the most feature rich online experience. It is a hundred little touches that add up to make a big difference.
