Wow! That's pretty damn cool. I want one now! As cheap as chips too, unlike the Powermat.
Ah the 80's, what a great time to be a kid!
If they start charging a monthly fee for Call of Duty, they can count me out of buying future versions of the game.
I'm not a big Final Fantasy fan. It's just a bit too heavy for me, and the random battles really got on my wick. I much prefer action RPG's like Fallout or Oblivion. I have to say though the presentation is phenomenal in all the titles, and I can understand the affection for the series.
I'm really looking forward to Heavy Rain. It looks like something different to the usual shoot first ask questions later, and that's no bad thing. I used to love point and click adventures, and this looks to be the next logical step in their evolution.
About time we got a decent Japanese RPG! Looking forward to it.
You can usually pick up a bargain in January, half price deals etc. Although last year we got the deals in December! I picked up Little Big Planet and Fallout 3 last year for half the price. Happy days!
Only heard good things about this game, and it sounds great. Will need to purchase it now methinks.
Sounds and looks great. Here's hoping it lives up to it's early promise.
In the middle of a recession Activision decide to put the price of Modern Warfare 2 up to £55. Well done guys! No wonder all those other releases were delayed till after Christmas!!
Unfortunately censorship is only going to get worse as graphics become photoreal.
Good interview. MS peripherals are a rip off, and it's about time something was done about it.
Part of the reason for 2010 starting off so well is that a lot of games got moved from Christmas 09, due to the pressure from Modern Warfare 2. Lots to look forward to in the first quarter of 2010.
Another thing that annoys me about the media is when they do reviews in certain newspapers, when they clearly haven't played the game! You'd be as well reading the blurb on the back of the box as read the 10/10 review for say Crazy Frog Racer!
Would love to see them release a console. The iPhone and iPod Touch are great pieces of kit, and I love my iMac, it kicks PC's and Windows into touch. If they can release one at around £250 - £299 then count me in.
My favourite game of the year, and that includes Modern Warfare 2. I hope sales pick up in the run up to Christmas, as this game deserves success. If you haven't bought it yet, shame on you!
Well MS did say in October they didn't have any plans to increase prices in the next couple of months. Make what you will of that! I'd hate to see it happen, as we pay ample enough money for an internet service in the first place.
I hate to think how many people I've killed in games. Must be millions by now!
About time someone released a Zombie RPG. Getting tired of all the fantasy clones out there! Sounds great.
While Sony and MS appear to be plowing into Wii territory, it will be interesting to see what Nintendo are planning next. If it is Wii HD then all 3 console makers will have identical products. Not exactly what Nintendo envisaged originally! I only hope the flood of "Funfair" games that enveloped the Wii don't find a new home on the HD consoles, thanks to the new motion controllers!
