Your "logic" does not compute. The if/then correlation is not necessarily true.
The vast majority of games for Xbox 360 struggle to hit 720p (native, not upscaling). A lot of Xbox One games will hit 1080p, but, as with every system, there will be trade offs.
There must be a mistake; you still have two bubbles.
See a doctor if you experience neon green discharge.
That was kind of my impression as well; however, we are assured that it is an early build with many features missing or stripped. We will see.
It's in development for a mobile: PSVita. The visuals won't differ drastically for visual parity.

And at 1080p. Ryse is 900p.
This looks excellent. With more development time and polishing, I'm confident they'll reach their tech demo announcement's fidelity--perhaps surpass it. I'm particularly impressed by the particle effects.
On a side note, the music is fantastic.
"To the pain means the first thing you will lose will be your feet below the ankles. Then your hands at the wrists. Next your nose. The next thing you will lose will be your left eye followed by your right. Your ears you keep and I'll tell you why. So that every shriek of every child at seeing your hideousness will be yours to cherish. Every babe that weeps at your approach, every woman who cries out, "Dear God! What is that thing," will echo in your perfect ears. That is w...

Poly counts are likely close to the same, depending on engine abilities; however, open world games have to spread the polygons over a larger area, resulting in less detailed graphics. This goes for shaders, textures, and effects as well.
Thanks for the chuckle, Heavy.
I forgot how good Deep Down looks. It has my vote. This comparison is actually fairly accurate. The Ryse/Killzone comparisons were ridiculous.
Just watch this:

She is the one being tortured at the beginning. Real MGS fans never doubted Kojima's ability to design good characters. If I had to guess, her design is made to make you feel guilt about the exploitation of women. At the very least, we should reserve judgment for when it is due.

We know practically nothing about her. Let's reserve judgment for when it's due. Pseudo-journalism.
@Jokes
Yes, there will likely be a disparity in the poly counts as there often are across genres (poly=/=tri, as poly can, though not often in graphic design, mean more than 3 vertices), but polygon counts only go so far. Shaders/effects and mappings are what make the character look better. It's a case of "how you use it," not "how big it is." ;)
Also, the Killzone environments look far more ambitious and pretty.
@Neonridr
I would bet it's because the scope of the multiplayer isn't as grand as the single player (recall the first demo's city scape).
There is no official word on the PS4 CPU clock speed. Don't jump to premature conclusions.
Touche. Forgot the sports games could do that (I did that with the PS1/2 multitaps back in the day).
Yeah... PS3 supported 7, but I defy you to name any game that used more than 4.
It is confirmed that the multiplayer will be 1080p at 60 Hz. The single player, I believe, will remain at 1080p/30 Hz. Don't quote me on this, but I believe the number of players they said was 24.
Yeah. I hope they don't have the redundant Xbox One logos in the final release.
