"3. Open Area > Open World for heavily story based games (big maps, but not open world)."
Totally agree. A game with a narrative as tight as TLOU would suffer if it went open world. A major part of the emotional punch of the game is that it continually throws you forward headfirst into the story. Having fetch quests and "kill the zombies in the cave" stuff would negatively affect the pacing of a game by adding a more leisu...
All-time highest selling game on XBOX One
Highest selling game for the week four months after release.
"Hurrdurr Titanfall flopped/bombed."
@Silent
Well, I did write: "If by "Jesus" they mean a concept that sounds really cool and gets a lot of gullible people's hopes up, but in the end, doesn't really exist, then yes."
I called Jesus a concept, not a man. As a concept, there is no proof whatsoever that he is either a deity or the son of a deity, other than what is found in the Christian Bible and other religious texts - biased sources to be sure. As a man, yes he exist...
You're overanalyzing a joke :)
If by "Jesus" they mean a concept that sounds really cool and gets a lot of gullible people's hopes up, but in the end, doesn't really exist, then yes.
@scotmacb
You can praise something without calling other things derogatory names. Just saying.

"I don't have an x1 and Don't plan to get one anytime soon. My focus is on PS4."
This isn't directed at you particularly, but it was inspired by what you said.
Something I find to be simultaneously hilarious and sad is the fact that we, as commenters (and even the author of this article), have to specifically and repeatedly indicate to the world that we own a console or game that we choose to criticize. It...
@MightyNoX and Eonjay
The problem with that type of comparison is that 360 had no same-gen competition for its first year. Therefore, people who wanted a next-gen experience (compared to what was previously available) only had 360 as an option.
This gen, Xbox One is contending with a PS4 that is outselling it. Of course there is going to be reduced numbers when you are not the only game in town like you had been previously.
The BlazBlue Grand Finals was the greatest GF I have ever seen. My only problem with the list was #3. I know JWong winning UMVC3 was huge, but in terms of an actual match/moment, the Winners Finals against FChamp was better and more hype. The match itself was insane and dramatic, but the final moment where JWong happy birthdayed Dark Phoenix spamming and Doom coming in for the assist with the Messatsu-Goshoryu Hyper was one of the craziest and hypest moments in the game's competitive hist...

"It's still an issue because for some reason people are having a hard time doing what you do, accepting it and move on."
Accepting it and moving on goes for both people on the stick - not just the one on the short end.
@Volkama
CD Projekt RED doesn't strike me as the kind of team that would put together a cheap port. They have way too much pride in their work.
@UnHoly_One
And I disagree with you. You are entitled to your opinion, even though I can't see it being shared by too many people who have played both.
@Outside_ofthe_Box
"lol @ the unnecessary "shot" at Cage...
"Call me when one of YOUR games sells a million and gets praise from gamers and critics alike." "
The difference between David Cage and Cliffy B is that Cliffy B makes games that are unequivocally GAMES. David Cage makes... something else. Call them interactive media, choose your own adventures, or whatever you like, but they are not games in the tradition...
Obligatory SOCOM wish. And yes, I know about H-Hour.
Hey... At least Cameron's plots don't fall apart halfway into his movies.
Yes, because making people cry would be worth sacrificing 1/3 (by your numbers) of your profits. Tears are pretty expensive.
Maybe Sony had exclusivity on exclusivity lol
Well, they keep giving David Cage money to make "games". I say let James Cameron have a go at it.
I would assume it works like iTunes or Amazon - you get some sort of bonus (maybe) and you get charged/it starts downloading as soon as it releases. Heck - it actually is more likely to lead to a full purchase than doing so at GameStop if it auto-charges you at midnight on launch day, as you wouldn't have to take any steps (i.e. go to a brick and mortar store or find it on the marketplace) before they get your money and you might forget to cancel it in time if you opt to not get it.
In my opinion, it would be really cool and show your dedication to fairness and accuracy if you added "in my opinion" or even "IN MY OPINION" to the Sony fans who do the same thing as lifeisagameok did.
But hey - that's just in my opinion. And you know what they say about opinions.
