Bad enough to do it. Then you record it and show off to try and get hits? Hopefully they get a month in jail. Lets see how funny they think that is.
the Legendary Edition to preorders. Hahaha But Honestly anyone gullible enough to pay $60 extra for a plastic cat helmet has no one to blame but themselves.
They are canceling the preorders.
Are you talking about tamper seals on the consoles? Yes they all have those. I am talking about factory seals on the retail boxes at least in the US. I have sold a bunch of these systems in the past. Xbox 360s come with a 3 inch clear round sticker to seal the box. PS3's come with a clear 2.5 inch round sticker to seal the box. And Wiis have no stickers at all on the box. Look on the web and you can easily find websites that sell clear round stickers in various sizes.
BTW ...
so you can just buy any clear generic sticker to "reseal" them. Hell Nintendo doesn't even bother sealing the Wii at all...
will also be on the PS3 then? :)
I wonder what he did with that $800 worth of Halo crap MS sent him for reviewing Halo 3? Did he return it like the Mercury News guy? Or did he give it away to readers like Kotaku? I kinda doubt it...
I hit 130 mill. Ranked 12xx on the leaderboard.
trying to break into the market. The handheld market is growing because the audience has expanded to include more women and small children. That is not a demographic MS has had any success with. The Xbox brand is known for ultra violent games which will not translate well to the handheld market.
Fun, pretty and deeper then most. What more can you ask for but a sequel?
But yeah I agree a lot of people on the avsforms also said they were returning their hd dvd players.
It was the complete opposite. The ps3 cost Sony $840 to make when it was first released. They had to sell it at $600. They took a ton of crap from just about everyone for the price but they knew they had to get blu-ray in there. 1 year later take a look. Manufacture costs have dropped over 50% (latest estimates from analysts put the cost of a ps3 at around $400). The ps3 won the HD format war for Sony creating 2 streams of incomes, software and blu-ray license fees. Did blu-ray help the ...
I wonder if this guy realizes Sony sold more ps3's its first year then MS did with the 360. MS shipments of the 360 have dropped off 25% in a year. 1 month in 2k5 and 2k6 = 10.4 million units shipped. 2k7 = 7.3 million shipped (MS's own numbers so not much to argue with there). Oh, thats right facts don't matter. Just get a jab in on the PS3 any chance you get. I almost forgot.
I think those NA sales for PSP are on the low side. I can't find a black slim PSP any where. Not to mention that the Silver and White are still sold out at most stores.
I just couldn't support MS as a company anymore. Don't get me wrong the folks at Sony aren't angels but damn MS is so money grubbing it disgusting. Faulty hardware, pay to play online, pay to get demos sooner (have they forgotten demos are a form of advertisement?!), ads plastered all over your dashboard, ridiculously overpriced proprietary add ons, stupid point system to buy stuff. Now they want you to pay for the diamond card? It just goes on and on and I had enough of it.
The vast majority of games are hosted by another person's 360 console that you join in on. So they don't have lag but you do.
@JSA-Gamer : Its never enough for MS. They will probably start charging you for how often you open your disc tray. 100 disc tray opens for 400 ms points. No "tray opens" credits left? They'll just lock it until you pay up. Sounds ridiculous but is it really that far from charging you to play games online you already paid for?
I let my Live Gold run out because I didn't feel right about paying for online play when it was free on PSN. With no more Gold I rarely turned on my 360 at all. Then the last straw was when they started making Silver members wait for demos. I tossed it up on ebay the following week. Can't say I regret it. I'm sick of MS treating their customer's like cows, milking them for every penny they're worth. Pretty soon they'll take the manuals out of the games and sell them separately for $5.95...
has to come out and say HD DVD "has not lost." Guess what? You've lost dude.
Until the holidays if at all. Just because Sony isn't losing their shirt on each system any more doesn't necessarily mean they want to start losing money on them again. They lost over 2 billion from selling the first 2-3 million units at the $600 price. They need to recoup or at least not add to that debt.
