The only reason I buy stuff online is to save on tax.
or $3-$4 for a cd single. Do you see people in the future buying chopped up chunks of movies? BTW this article is BS. $5 for a digital download of a movie vs $20 to $30 for a blu-ray movie? Yeah, they forgot to mention that the download is a rental. I can go to Blockbuster and rent a blu-ray movie for $5 so whats their point? They should really quit with the bull.
Warhawk is definitely the most fun I've had online this generation and it only seems to get better.
You know those 512 mb cards they sell for like $40.
Sony used to then they switched to recorded sales early last year. Nintendo has always done recorded sales.
They have no obligation to Sony or to help other devs out. Which makes what they are doing even more amazing.
Just because you like it one way doesn't mean it works for everyone. I play FPSs with the y-axis inverted. Does that mean all games shouldn't come with the option to switch it around to the player's liking? Which is why those people complaining about Resistance 2 have 60 players at once is a bunch of bull. Its not like you can't play with less. But its good that Insomniac is including it for players that do want that war zone experience.
Paying hundreds of dollars for something and actually expecting it to work. Ridiculous... Note to MS. You can't patch hardware like you can with your buggy software releases.
When Dead Rising 2 is announced. Because you know MS will be waving a check at Capcom to make it a 360 (timed at the very least) exclusive.
Check out this article from May of last year. I saved it just for an occasion like this:

Now check out this newer article from the same guy:

Acting like he never said...
1. I believe they are all rental services at the moment. And from what I've read movie studios do not want to allow digital downloads for ownership. They are more of a threat to Netflix and Blockbuster then Blu-ray.
2. Notice how none of these articles mentions anything about what pct of the market digital downloads have. Thats because its so tiny it would make these articles look even more stupid.
3. As others have said people like to own stuff. They like to bring it over t...
Its like thousands of tiny scratches going outward totally changing what a dvd read side should look like. Its almost like DVD art. haha Rented COD4 the other day from Blockbuster and got one of those dvds when I returned it the guy at the counter was like WTF? Although I must admit out of the 3 xbox 360s I've gone through none of them scratched any thing. Lucky I guess.
So it lasts 12-15 hrs. Under 10 hrs would be kind of a bummer.
What some of you people don't seem to understand is that UMD wasn't suppose to be a competing movie format. Did Sony come in and say this is going to kill DVD? If it was Sony would have released a standalone player right? They would have added it to their Vaio computers right? Or added a UMD slot to the PS2 slim? It was simply a way for people to watch some damn movies on their PSP. Round Peg asked if people can chose to get a refund on a UMD player? The PSP is the only frickin' UMD pla...
in the wrong place.
Why they didn't like the movie? If you mean a player the only UMD player in existence is the PSP which is getting 2 triple A titles in God of War COO and FF 7 CC next month. BTW UMD is still supported by 2 movie studios (Sony pictures and Fox) 3 years after its creation. HD-DVD won't even match that.
They ever do a port?
But the BDA probably collects $10 to $20 in licensing fees for every player made. I'm sure Sony gets a big chunk of that money. For those that don't think Sony gets money from every Blu-ray player and disc sold. Ask yourself this common sense question. Why would Sony force a blu-ray player into every PS3 raising the launch price by over $100 if they didn't stand to collect a licensing fee in the future? Why would Toshiba lose a buttload of money trying to make HD-DVD the standard? Why w...
1. They have said 3-5%. This article is saying it is less than what Square claims. That is pretty clear to me.
Show me when they recently said 3%-5%? Anything past April 2k6 will be fine. Yeah, I won't wait because you can't.
2. If you think it costs $100 to repair a system, you'd be wrong. There is overhead, parts, shipping, administration, accounting and on and on. You're "$100" is picked to come to a great number. Its a non sequitor. Where did you get ...
But I think Dell direct is the only place that gives you the option these days.
