Vista is bloated junk. I just got a new laptop and the first thing I did was upgrade it to XP. Took around 2 hours to find the separate drivers for each component but it was worth it.

until July or so. Its not very common to announce a retail price then drop it before the bundle even comes out. Still they have made no mention of the changes to the 40gb. So they might drop that unit to $349. But it could also stay at the $399 price and get bundle with another game and the DS3. But I think it will be something older like Ratchet, Uncharted or Heavenly Sword.
1. the PSP is still profitable. And apparently it is if they plan to support it for 7 more years.
2. the PSP still sells. Seeing as how Sony raised their forecast for hardware sales this fiscal year from 10 mill to 13 mill. It seems to be doing ok don't you think?

when this all went down. I took the $2200 in profit and ran. Which is also what the two biggest shareholders in Take Two did. Pachter is right from a business stand point. Take Two management is making a mistake by closing off any discussions with EA until after GTA 4 is released. They could probably milk another $2 or $3 a share from them. But after April 29th all bets are off. Management is screwing shareholders they are suppose to be working for.

They got burned because their players don't output 480p progressive scan. Or they couldn't play DVD-Rs. Or they couldn't upscale or have hdmi output. This is a lot of noise about nothing. A first gen blu-ray player plays blu-rays movies. Did any company promise anything more?
The US never got a PSP fat in any other color but black. Even Europe got White and Pink as well as a Pink PS2. Tretton needs to learn that color choices are good and can only help sales.

With the shoddy reliability, ridiculously priced proprietary accessories, making people wait for demos who don't want to pay for gold, DRM issues and horrible customer service.
