When I first saw the trailer for the Multiplayer, immediately I thought of Left 4 Dead and showed it to a bunch of my L4D friends. We're all really interested in it but are hoping for a Multiplayer vs. Demo to come out before we make our decision.

You see, a vast majority of people will only play this on normal, hence the reason it was only reviewed on the Normal difficulty. Without revealing too much, Megatron gets an upgrade(resulting in enhanced firepower), Bruticus is an absolute animal(his level was a breeze) and Grimlock isn't much different from Bruticus. Out of 13 chapters, that works out to about 1/3 of the game using over powered characters.

That's some rather unfortunate news. I thought that the original Prey though it had it's faults was a decent start to a new series. What they have shown us thus far looks good too so it would be an awful shame for it to just up and disappear.

Well I can't see what the article says but if I were to hazard a guess, I'd say that perhaps Valve is garnering some sort of play nice environment for gamers who game using Steam to have cross platform multiplayer compatibility.
I hope Sony takes their asses to court and stops them from making and selling this because it looks too similar to their Dualshock controllers.
This game does nothing for me whatsoever. I like the Metal gear series as much as the next guy despite all the strange convoluted connections, but this just looks absolutely horrific as a game. Graphically it looks sharp but that's about all.

All the people I know in the industry especially on the artistic side, are in it for the love of the art and they want to be pushed to new limits with their craft.
If Valve started to do too many cookie cutter products, then i can see why someone as well respected as him would want to go elsewhere. somewhere they can use their imagination and create new and interesting things instead of the limitless garbage.
I also found it funny they they were all worked up and excited over an account because it had a 44K gamerscore AND 10yr membership icon.
I've got 60K plus and 7yrs one of my buddies has 200K GS and 9yrs. The silly things people pay money for.
