most if not all of those unlock as you progress through the title. The ability to pay for them earlier is likely the reasoning for that.

Back on topic here, I'd say No they haven't maxed them out yet. Not even close. What they MAY have done is max out their current capabilities/knowledge of developing for the systems. As we all know, launch titles vs what comes out 2-5yrs down the road are infinitely prettier and more robust because they learn how to do things better as time goes on.
I keep saying No matter what goes down we all win...unless you own a Nintendo exclusively =P

Yep. They're screwed. They have very little to offer a majority of gamers. The kids who just had to have a Wii a few years ago, have long since traded in their system and graduated from the kiddie friendly titles of Nintendo to more mainstream mature titles.
The more I see of this game, the less interested I am in it. Feels too much like a souped up Dead Island (with a little Mirrors Edge for good measure)which got repetitive after just a few short hours of playing it.
I've only been saying this for the longest time. Them when they announced all the always on thing, I really spoke out in favor of soemthing like this. It makes sense and would help them to usher in the sweeping new industry wide changes they want and tried for.

Soooo....Basically access to TV channels that you still need subscriptions to, multiplayer, free games that are part of the current paid Live service, social media you probably never use anywhere but on your phone and online playing. That about sums it up in a nutshell.
